There was an deleted episode of "phines and Ferb" Phines was punch by his bully because of how smart he was. When Candance found out she was so upset and she starts to see things that are not there. That's when she schizophrenic. Remember every episode when Candance wants to show her mom what her brothers build? That is one proof of she is schizophrenic. She starts talking crazy.
