CHAPTER 10

All I could ever think about the whole day was the kiss. So I was practically happy the entire day.

*7th period*

I get to 7th period which is P.E. and we're given a treasure hunt of exercises. My partner, which is Cedric, seems to be ignoring me. I try to talk about the task at hand but I just get a cold shoulder. Pam and her partner comes up to us and she seems to be giving me bitch stares. So I speak up :
Me: what?
Pam: think your cool cause of what you did?
Me: what did I do?
Cedric: Kissed her. Kissed Clara.
Me: And? She kissed back. What's the big deal?
Pam: the big deal is that she didn't like it. When you left she said that you shouldn't have done that cause she's still in love with Livy.
Cedric: ...
Me: that's not what she said...oh well.

I try to play it cool as if I don't care but I got home and I texted Clara about it.

Clara: what? No I didn't.
Me: are you sure? I'm really sorry still if I made you uncomfortable.
Clara: haha. Stop apologizing. I liked it. It's okay :)
Me: okay :)
Clara: see Ya tomorrow?
Me: yeah :)
I put my phone down for a second but it starts ringing again and I frown but answered.
Me: yes Mandy?
Mandy: hey..I'm outside...please come talk to me?
Me: *sighs* Mandy, I really don't think-
Mandy: please Rosie.
Me: okay

I walk outside to see my hot psychotic ex standing outside with pizza and root beer. I try to be distant and I can't. I smile and walk up to her to get a slice of pizza but I was interrupted by a hug.

Mandy: *while hugging me* thank you.
Me: *tries to gently pry her off* okay
Mandy: *resists* I love you. And I'm sorry I act stupid all the time but I love you. Please come back to me.
Me: Mandy, I-
Mandy: one last chance. Please.
Me: *gives in like usual and finally hug her back* okay. Last chance.
THE NEXT DAY
I see Clara walking towards me and she gives me the warmest smile. She hugs me and I look at her in the eye afterwards and I apologize and walk away. The End
