The Broken Ninja

Chapter Two

After having just been through so much suffering Kanami was expecting to be able to move on with the rest of her day and hopefully somehow manage to forget what had happened. However, she was only in a red and black bikini with a short skirt and a see-through shirt that barely covered the bikini top over it. It wasn't as bad as it had been considering she was planning on going to the beach to tan anyways, but walking through town like this couldn't be described as anything less than humiliating.

As she walked she got the perverted stares of men and mothers covering their children's eyes. She was forced to stare at the ground in hopes of not being able to notice them, blushing heavily. Her embarrassment was only adding to the lewdness of her outfit, but she couldn't stop herself. Her destination was less than a mile away from where she was now, but with each and every step it felt like a century had gone by. Why was she being forced to endure so much pain on her week off?

Once she was finally at the beach she felt so relieved, she had managed to overcome her obstacle, and could finally start to relax. It was warm and the sun was bright overhead, however, there was a nice breeze coming from the same direction as the sea. It was a rather small beach considering it was right next to a large town and a forest. It was just past noon, yet there weren't any people at the beach. Kanami giggled to herself, finally feeling the pros of a free vacation for a week.

Kanami didn't have a towel to lay on, but it was fine because she enjoyed the feeling of the sand. She got closer to the sea, but just far enough to where the waves wouldn't go past her feet. She took off the pointless see-through shirt and short skirt, leaving her only in a tight, revealing red and black bikini. She laid down in the warm sand, instantly finding peace. All of her earlier worries start to melt away, leaving her with only one regret, that regret being not going to the beach first.

There was a tree blocking out the rays of the sun, but when it passed the trees she was forced to close her eyes. It was nice though, she could easily sleep like this. It was so peaceful, the only sound was the waves moving back and forth, crashing into the shoreline. It was a complete contrast from her earlier experience, so much so that she could forget about it all, even if only temporarily. The warm sun felt nice, the sand was soft, the sound was relaxing. She felt suddenly very drowsy, wondering why she was so tired just past noon. Was it just so calm that the calmness itself made her tired? Either way, Kanami began to fall asleep with nothing but her thoughts and the sound of the water.

Kanami's eyes opened, for a moment she forgot where she was. She didn't mean to fall asleep, however, the calmness of it all was too much. She slowly began to sit up, when she did she stretched her arms and let out a big yawn. She put her arms behind her back and used them to prop her up as she was sitting down. How long had she slept for? It wasn't quite sunset yet, but the sun's position showed that it has clearly been several hours since she fell asleep.

Once she started to actually awake she decided it was time she headed back into town for the night, once at the castle she would grab some clothes to wear that she could retrieve from the masseuse the next day. She looked around for the pointless top and short skirt, feeling like it was better than only a bikini, but she couldn't find it. And thinking about her bikini...

Kanami looked down, and to her horror she realized, she wasn't wearing either the bikini top or bottom! She was completely naked! How long had she been like this? She didn't know, but she must have lost them while she was asleep. She had only been awake for fifteen minutes, but she still couldn't believe she hadn't noticed. At least no one was around, it was fine as long as no one saw her, but she got two horrible realizations.
