Chloe's POV
In the dressing room Abby told me good job and my mom told me how proud she was of me. We all walked down to the award ceremony. I thought it was stupid that only one solo could get an award. Maddie told me she really didn't want to win because she didn't want me to leave ALDC. I held Paige and Maddie's hands as they announced the winning solo. Kenzie gave me hug and sat back down. "The winning Junior solo is..... Taylor from Candy apples!" I froze. Then I ran off stage and started crying hysterically. Paige and Maddie ran after me and my mom ran out of the audience. I ran into the dressing room and Paige and Maddie overhwelmed me with hugs. My mom ran in and I ran over to her. She was trying to comfort me when all over the moms, Kenzie, and Abby came in. Kenzie ran over to me and said "Chloe I don't want you to leave!"
Brooke ran in a couple minutes later and shouted. "Chloe the announcer guy just said there was a mistake and you actually won!" Everyone gave me hugs and even Abby said "Congradulations Chloe! You get to stay!"
