The Day finally came. The Day my friends and I go on that walk. My friends told me I can pack are bag of supplies but I was cool with that. My friends met me on my street in front of the woods. The terrifying woods. "Are you ready Eliza?" Kaitlyn asked me. She was trying to make me chicken out.

"Yes. Yes I am. I packed some water and chips. In fact there are ten water bottles and ten chip bags. Oh and my phone, you know just in case." I looked at them in the wondering it they thought I was weird. I knew they wouldn't let me get hurt.

"Lets do this." Jackson tried to say in a confident way.

"If we're lucky maybe we can see the ghosts of the kids that went missing last year. Or their dead bodies that are still rotting." Emma said. "Unless Eliza doesn't want to."

That made me feel like I was a baby. In a way I was during this situation. It was time. Time to start heading into the woods and I started to get scared and my heart was pounding hard. My group of friends saw a path in the woods but pretend it wasn't there. I hated this already.. "Guys I just remembered I forgot something at home." I whispered .

"No you didn't. Besides we will be find." Emma whispered back to me.

"Isn't there still a killer on the lose? If there is then I'll be scared." Kaitlyn said hugging Jackson's arm. They seemed like the cutest couple.

"There is a serial killer on the lose so we should be careful. I heard he or she  slowly kills people. But what do I know, I'm just a person", Jenna said to Kaitlyn. "I hope nothing happens to us. Then we will be the next talk of the year."

As we kept walking I felt like someone was watching from in the trees. We were far into the woods. No houses, cars, or light but it was getting dark anyway because it was night.
