Also you guys are wondering whether Blaire will fall for someone else or stay single for the rest of her life. To be Honest, I had imagined it this way;

Dean turns out had went to a doctor to check up if he was healthy as in with his private parts in case if he had any diseases before doing anything intimate with Blaire and the result was that he was extremely healthy and his reproductive cells were great. When Blaire found out, she immediately asked the doctor to get her pregnant with his sperms.

So yes she stayed single because her heart isn't willing to give itself to anyone after Dean. She became a single parent and devoted her life as a guidance counselor at a school along with her son Xavier Thompson.
