Personality: hes pretty calm and a caring person. Katsuki can be very sensitive at some points but others he wont even flinch. He enjoys helping others but has the will to say no at most times.

Backstory: as a prince of one of the underwater kingdoms he has always been stressed. But mainly because of his father. He is appart of a siren colony that is in the deepest parts of the water (why his tail glows) and that seems to be the most violent and undiscovered part of the ocean. He got abused alot as a kid and now but with his skin he can easily heal them in less than a day or so depending on the scar...hence why his dad never worried about leaving any.
