Grayson's POV
We were all sitting down at the dinner table eating dinner and getting to know Ashley a little bit. "So Ashley, where are you from?" , my mom said. I could tell Ashley felt a little out of place. So that's when I looked over at her and gave her a kind smile.
Ethan's POV
Grayson did not just smile at her. "I'm from Mississippi. I moved to Jersey to get away from ... something." , Ashley said. There's just something about her, that makes me want to know her more.
••after dinner••
"Hey Ashley, can I talk to you for a sec?", I said. "Sure what's up?", Ashley said. We went and sat on the couch beside each other. Mom and dad were in the kitchen talking amongst themselves while Cam and Gray were probably spying on us. "So why did you move to Jersey, if you don't mind me asking?". I could tell she didn't want to tell me , so without thinking, I grabbed her hand and said, "take your time."
Grayson's POV
Cameron and I were in my room talking about shit. "So what do you think of the new neighbor?", Cam asked me. I looked at Cameron and said, "she's kind of a mystery that I intend on figuring out." Cameron looked at me and smiled. "Well, you better make a move before Ethan does. That's all I'm saying."
What does she mean by that?
