Eri POV
I looked at the bars in front of me. I am standing right beside Emma. The one who curious about the outside world. I, personally feel the same. But, we're not allowed to went out there. That's a rule at our house. I wonder, is mama protecting us all from something?.
"What is this?" Asked Emma, while she was holding the bars.
"Gate" i answer. "It connected to outside world" i continued.
"Outside world, huh" she said.
"We never go to the outside world at all. Because we've been here since birth. Mama said, 'at the gate and on the fence it's dangerous, so don't approach that place', right?" she continued.
"Right." I nodded.
"That's a lie. " Ray said in a monotone voice.
"Really?, Hey Ray! If you are in outside world, what do you want?" Emma asked, she change the topic to quick i guess.
"i don't know. You?"
"i wanna ride giraffe!" Emma answered cheerfully. I can see stars gleaming in her eyes. Cute.
"Good luck then." Ray said as he chuckle. I just sweatdropped.
"This bars.... protect us from what?" Norman asked curiously. He walked to my side.
"Maybe, protect us from Demons. Like the one in the books, i read. " i guess it.
"That just a fairy tale. There's no way they exist." Ray said.
"Welp. Maybe im wrong. Now, let's go back. Mama Will be worry." Reminding them as I walk back.
"Oh yeah! Let's go then!" Emma said and dragged me with her.
'well, outside world can wait' i thougth.
