Lance: your brother was his best friend. They always hung out and over time they became the closest of friends. As your brother got more popular, so did Lance. Which meant they didn't talk very frequently. Lance always tries to call you to make sure you were okay, even though your ALMOST grown.
You always kinda had a thing for him, but you didn't know if he felt the same......
One day you and your brother were talking and you accidentally mentioned how you 'used to' like Lance.
'I don't anymore though, he's never even around.' You said
Of course he still believed you did even though you tried to convince him other wise.
A few weeks later: You were convicted your brother wasn't going to tell Lance until Lance called you unexpectedly. You answered the phone
'Hey y/n'
'Hey Lance' you tried to sound as casual as normal
'I know you have a crush on me' he said in a weird voice. Weird because it sounded half disgusted and half slightly happy.
'Yeah I did, but that was a long time ago' you said
'Well, that sucks, cause I like you too'
After that you explained that you liked him still and you both ended up going on a date.
