It was a day after the first meeting with Jimin. It was too early for him to see his best friend after such a long time. The worry and pain in Jimin's eyes made Hoseok realize how much he missed him. He wasn't ready to change himself back to his happy personality. However, the moment he got a call from Jimin asking to hang out, he didn't refuse. The boy was tired of avoiding people. All he needed was a bit of sugar in his life to melt the pain inside his chest.
He was weak to say no to Jimin. The moment they both entered the Cake shop, he was feeling a small hope of fighting back his problems. His need to meet his demons and confront them soon before is too late.
"Hoseok, this is my second time being in this place. What do you think?" Jimin knew what is going on inside Hoseok's mind. It was fact for him that his friend needed sweet things to block the pain.
"It not bad..."
"Let's sit here. Do you want to eat a cake? I will get mochies" The pair sat in one of the nearest tables next to the window. Behind the glass, he was able to see how a small snow rain was falling down slowly. Hoseok wasn't sure if he wanted a cake, so he just said "I will have the same as you".
Jimin stand up right after his friend spoke to him. His smile faded the moment, his face was away from Hoseok. He needed to tell him. But he was too much of a coward to do so...
"You are here again? Nice to see you! How can I help you?" A soft voice get Jimin back to reality.
"I would like strawberry mochies for two people and orange juice!"
"Strawberries again?" Yoongi said mocking his younger customer.
"It's my trademark after all!..."
