Why did it have to be me?

(Marks P.O.V) I heard Meagan scream I ran to the room and saw a man holding my baby girl "MEAGAN" I scream and he jumps out the window. I call the cops right away "Hello how may I assist you today?" The operate asked "Help my daughter was kidnapped by a man "I said worryingly "Ok sir please try and remain calm i'm sending officers to your location" She said "Thank you and tell them to hurry" I said and the line went dead.After a minutes there was a knock at the door I open it, there was around 5 or 4 cops I let them in and they set up some equipment I guess there thinking i'm going to get a ransom. I hope shes ok.

(Meagan's P.O.V)I woke up I went to rub my eyes but my hands were bound. I look around and I see a window above that means i'm underground.Who ever captured me isn't the best at bounding a person with ropes, I wiggle my wrists out of the rope and undo my feet i take my watch off head to the window and saw a jogger I waited a few more minutes and saw another I used the refection off the sun to get her attention. Luckily it worked i usher her to come over she held her pointer finger indicating one minuet her head pull out her phone and called 911 hopefully. Time passed and the cops came before who ever took me came I guess I was so worried i didn't see a little girl off in the corner I went over to her "Don't worry hun I wont hurt you the cops are here" I said getting the ropes off of her "How long have you been here?" I asked " don't know what day is it?" She asked "Today i think is Tusday the 3rd of May" I say " Ive been here for 3 months then" She stated "Oh my gosh how?"I say startled " I was walking home from my friends birthday party because they lived a block or so away and I took a short cut this man came out put something over my face and I woke up here, he's been really nice he brings me what ever I want I just couldn't go home." She said. That when I heard the door upstairs slam open and gun shots the girl in front of me jumped in my arms I held her tight then all of a sudden the door open I thought the man was coming  but it was the police " It's alright if you follow me your families are waiting the the station for you." he said I stood grabbed the girls hand and walked out with the cop I saw blood before the girl did I stopped picked her up and told her to shut her eyes tight. The I brought us out side and into the car to see mark again what a eventful day i must say.

*TIME SKIPPO*

I walked though the door and saw him I put the little girl down because she saw her family I ran to mark and I got engulfed in a hug and a million kisses " Oh my baby I've missed you lets go home" I cried for hours he just picked me up got in the car and drove us home while i was in his lap. "Mark I love you so much" I say in between sniffles "I love you to my babygirl now you've had a long day lets get you to sleep" he says carrying me inside he went to his room and put me on the bed and layed next to me.I rolled into his arms and feel into peace full sleep.
