ever since the incident a week ago, rosey never went anywhere alone. she was always accompanied by one member wherever she went. downstairs to collect her mail? a member was right there with her. to go to practice? a member was always there.
hell, all of the member's eyes were on her when she walked around the dorm. they wouldn't let her out of their sights for even a second.
literally.
on the rare chance that she was alone, calls would be coming through her phone every second. it was usually in a specific order to. chan first, jeongin next, then jisung, on and on until all members called her within the span of forty-five minutes. they were just paranoid and needed to know she was okay.
at first, the constant eyes watching her wasn't too much of problem. she actually appreciated the way everyone cared for her so closely and tended to her. she was beyond grateful that she had so many people who were willing to drop everything for her. but after a week went by, she started to get a little frustrated with the repeated questions, constant phone calls, and lack of privacy she had within her own dorm. she began to feel like a child who country be trusted alone. it was. . . suffocating.
the oldest members were always pestering her on whether she changed out here bandages frequently. she only had two, one on her wrist and on her ankle, but she tended to them like she needed to. minho was the biggest poke when it came to rosey medicine routine.
"you took your pain medicine, right?" minho asked, grabbing the pill bottle and looking through it.
she sighed and watched him, "you know i always do."
it was the second time she had to reassure him that she indeed took her medicine.
"i'm just checking."
rosey was beginning to become perplexed with the constant noise of protectiveness coming from her members often. maybe it was because she went through in her earlier years of life, but she just wasn't used to having all this care surrounding her that it literally confused her. she would recover, it would be okay, what were the worrying about?
the members had set "rules" for rosey. well, they weren't strict rules, or really rules for that matter. they were just some. . . preferences that get members had regarding the whole situation.
she couldn't go out after midnight. she had to have at least one member with her at all times out in public. and, most importantly, she had to text her members and staff whenever she was leaving the dorm or company.
scratch feeling like a child, she was a teenager now. all these rules made her feel like she just got grounded after getting caught doing something she shouldn't have.
this was all because the boys were still skeptical of it all. sure, rosey hadn't received any mystery texts since she was discharged from the hospital, but whoever that fan was behind it all still had her number. who knows what other deranged people the attacker shared it with. chan even insisted that the company provide rosey with a new phone.
