Gifts and Life

Cassidy opened her eyes, they felt heavy and she had to struggle to open them. Her chest ached. She looked around, and saw a dark, black void for as far as she could see.

She suddenly remembered what happened and flinched. She looked around, lower this time. She saw everyone. They had scares where they had been stabbed or injured, with some weird looking blood dripping out; but all the blood previously on them was gone.
She looked down at herself, and she looked the same.

Next to her, Gabriel opened his eyes and sat up. "Wh-" Gabriel said, in a tired voice; but was cut off by Cassidy hugging him. He felt wetness forming on his shoulder. He hugged her back, just as hard.

Fritz sat up, and looked around. Something felt off about his vision. His eye hurt, so he moved to hold it. He saw a gaping hole is his hand, and fell back. "Wha-" He yelled, but remembered what happened. He immediately looked around again, and to his relief he saw Jeremy and Susie on the ground and Cassidy and Gabriel up and hugging; Cassidy sobbing into Gabriel's shoulder.

"Where are we?" Asked Fritz. Cassidy and Gabriel let go of eachother and looked at him. "I don't know." Responded Gabriel in an uncharacteristically sad voice. Fritz heard a sound next to him and he looked over to see Jeremy sitting up.

Fritz tackled Jeremy into a hug, starting to cry. Jeremy squeaked and blushed, but hugged back. Jeremy flinched and hugged back even harder. They were both crying.

Susie sat up, an expression of confusion on her face. "what happened?" She asked, as everyone turned to her. "Susie!" Fritz yelled, and hugged her.

"The last thing I remember is the bunny telling me where D- DOGGY!" Susie shouted. She looked around, but saw no trace of her dog. "He lead me into a room and then-" Susie started, but then noticed her friends crying. "Wha-" she said, but then her eyes widened and she clutched her stomach. "H-he-" she said, but found herself unable to finish.

A moment later, filled with silence, they heard a noise from the opposite direction, and quickly turned. There stood a girl, who looked to be in her preteens or early teens. She had shoulder length brown hair, and matching brown eyes. She had on a grey sweater with rolled up sleeves, her arms covered in green slap bracelets. She wore black leggings and brown combats boots with small, almost nonexistent heels.

"Hello" said the girl. She wore a motherly expression that also showed annoyance, though not at them. "My name is Charlie." She said. "What's yours?"

"Gabriel" "Susie" "Fritz" "J-Jeremy.." "...Cassidy."

Another moment later, filled with yet more silence, Susie spoke. "Excuse me Charlie, but where are we?"

Charlie looked down at her and smiled sadly. "No where in particular." She responded.

"What happened?" Asked Fritz.

"I'm pretty sure you all know."

Silence pierced the air once again. To Cassidy, it seemed almost as painful as talking right now.

"Here" Charlie said. She walked around to everyone giving them a small white box with a red bow.

Cassidy suddenly felt tired. Extremely tired. She had an excruciating urge to close her eyes. She tried to will then open, but she found herself losing the battle. She felt herself fall into slumber.

Cassidy opened her eyes, they felt heavy and she had to struggle to open them. Her chest, no, her whole body ached. She looked down and saw a dirty, golden, robot instead of herself. She fell back and stared at herself. She had on a purple bow-tie, so dirty it looked black at first glance. She was leaning against the wall, her almost rotting yellow limbs limp.

She looked up and saw that she was at Freddy's. The place that brought old happy memories and newer, terrible ones. It was dark; definitely nighttime.

Freddy, Bonnie, Foxy and Chica all sat on the floor, looking at themselves the same as Golden Freddy was.

The puppet walked away from their spot in the doorway to the party room. And as they walked, they mumbled something in a familiar voice

"Give gifts, give life."
