Jasper is the co-founder of the organisation FALCON, in this series its known to take out MECH agents and allied with the U.S. government despite being located in Australia.
Jasper is introduced as one of Fowlers "Government Buddies", when really they known each other for at least two decades.
Also, Jasper had a DC version of herself, so don't get confused.
