Children grew up knowing that there were these....people called Neko's. Not ever seeing one, these children didn't believe and decided to forget that they truly existed. Except for one, he wanted to see one, wanted to talk to one. He had dreams of meeting a certain neko, his imagination coming up with it's facial features and body.

13 years later

Taehyungs P.O.V

Ah perfect day to go out for some racing. I quickly grabbed my leather jacket, putting it on while putting on my shoes. Picking up my keys, I stepped out of my apartment and headed to my motorbike.

"Hello there beautiful~" This specific bike meaning a lot to me because my father had got it for me. I smiled and hopped onto the bike, tuning on the engine and drove down the road to the shopping centre.
(A/N: I'm from Britain so I don't say mall 😂)
I parked my bike, making sure to cover it so that it doesn't get scratched. I entered the large building, looking around to see families walking around, groups of girls hanging out and children looking through the Window of a toy store.

Looking up I saw a shop which looked newly built, not many people inside
A pet shop?
Being curious, I started to head down to the shop, taking one hand out of my pocket to open the door. What I saw was a surprise.
There were the usual cat toys you'd find but also chokers and collars that you could customise. The weirdest part was that there was a section with a sign saying Adoption. I slowly walked to the sign, looking through the Window I saw men and women playing, cat ears on their heads and tales moving side to side.

"Hello sir how may I help you?" The ladies voice making me jump as I turned around to see her smiling.
"Ah I was just looking around since it's a new shop" scratching the back of my head
"Well you're the first to be here, this shop is for Neko's and Neko owners! As you can see by the sign there are some you can adopt since they're looking for a new home" she smiled at me and looked at the people in the room.
"I have a feeling a certain neko would like you sir" she giggled.
"Wouldn't hurt to see them..." I hesitated.
What if they get attached and I have to adopt them? I mean it shouldn't be that bad..... I guess they are real.

The lady had come back with a boy behind her, looking down at his feet and fiddling with his hands. I couldn't help but to smile... cute
"This is Jeon Jungkook, he's 18 and just started to look for a new home. He loves attention from his owner and likes to play video games as well as draw" she smiled in satisfaction.

"I'll take him" I said making them both look at me in shock but quickly turning into a smile. She quickly went behind the counter and gave me some forms to fill out. Once done she had given me a box full of starter pack and clothes of jungkooks that I had to take home. Exiting the shopping centre, I put the box into the compartment and sat down on the bike. I looked up to see jungkook biting his lips.
"Hey, don't worry okay? I'll look after you, and trust me I'm not going to let you go" I sat him down on the bike and put the helmet on for him, seeing as he didn't know how to.
Turning on the engine again and drove home with my new Neko.
