I thought this girl was the one

A very sad three months/leaving her

  It has been a few months since me and Heartbreaker started to date and it was good at first but something told me that this wasn't right.   A few weeks later at work she gave me a ying and yang necklace and she announced in front of my co workers and friends that I was her other half and to my surprise they started to clap and cheered.   I felt pretty embarrassed and had to give Megan a call and ask her what that meant and prepared myself for how she was going to react to the question.   I nervously called Megan and she answered and I told her the entire story and showed her the necklace and she was silent for a few minutes but then I heard a loud crash and her voice going from sadness to pure rage,  "I can't believe that she would even give that to you and how could you accept it even though she won't spend time with you?!?!" she exclaimed with tears going down her face and I knew she was going to go off on me not that I blame her.   Megan hung up the phone on me and this time I gave her sometime to be by herself and relax, I hoped that she would forgive me for what I have done to her heart but did not held my breath on that thought.    A few days later I had heard from one of her friends that Heartbreaker was going to a waterpark with her family but didn't invite me and I was just livid,  it was then I knew Megan was right and I wanted to make things right with her so I gave her a call and was sure she wouldn't pick up her phone and just as I was about to give up she answered the phone.   "Hey, I wasn't sure that you were going to answer my call how are you doing?" I asked her and she replied that she was fine just got done with work and a run to the grocery store.   "I'm truly sorry for breaking your heart and I would love to see you after you get off work." I continued talking to her with my voice about to break and start crying again and to my relief she wanted to buy me dinner at the Mirage after she got off work and we agreed to meet at California Pizza Kitchen after her shift at Paradise Café.      The next day after she got off her shift I met her inside the restaurant and we sat down and she has asked me about  Nina and I took a deep breath and just broke into tears telling her "Nina is not the one for me and I thought that me and you were different but I have realized that we have different view on things and we can grow from that."   Megan was very speechless and then looked at me with those beautiful ocean blue eyes that I have always loved about her.   "Megan, I want you back in my life I have never stopped loving you and you are my one and only and my queen forever."    She smiled at me, and without a second thought she got up from her seat walked over to me and kissed me like the first time we kissed.   "I forgive you my king" she said with happy tears streaming down her face and I asked her for her help into breaking up with Nina and she told me that she was more than happy to help me with it.
