chapter 5 : text

They left the party after 10 minutes being there. I still cant believe what happened. I still can't believe I saw Kenzie after 2 years.

"That was.. terrible" Lily said. I looked at Nadia. She looks so sad. "Hey.. Are you okay?" I put my hands on hers. "I guess.. Hm I don't know. My past is haunting me after I saw him" She looked at me. "It's okay, everything will be fine" I moved closer, and gave her a hug.

(the next day : school)
I walked down the hallways. Suddenly, I saw Kenzie. The hell is she doing here? She turned around and saw me. She smiled and came closer. "We meet again" She said. "Yep.. Um what are you doing here?" I asked. "Just visiting." She smiled. "By the way, John.. I'm sorry about.. you know.. 2 years ago." She continued.

"It's fine." I said, even tho it hurts me alot. "That's great. See you soon. Bye!" She kissed me on the cheek. The fuck. Why is she so weird? Why did she do that even she has a boyfriend?

(lunch time)
"Did you guys see Kenzie just now?" Will asked. "Yeah we all did. Oh and guess what? My eyes burned" Lily said. Everyone laughed. "

(after school : john's house)
I invited Nadia to come over since she needs some help with science. I love science, but Nadia.. she hates it more than anything. So I decided to help her for our upcoming exams.

We sat on the table and open our books. I put my phone beside me. Which is in between me and Nadia. Halfway through our study, I got a text. And I forgot to mute my phone. Me and Nadia were distracted so we both looked at the same time.

kenzie : i love you johnny. hope to see you anytime soon.

What the fuck? Is she insane? Nadia looked at me with a serious face. "The fuck is that?" She asked. "I have no idea I swear." I said. "Are you cheating on me?" She asked. "Cause if you are, please tell me because I don't want to waste my precious time by being played." She continued.

"No. I swear. I don't know what is up with her." I said. Suddenly, I got another text from Kenzie.

kenzie : i know you still love me. i saw the look on your face this morning. wish we can get back to the old times. love u.

Worst. Timing. Ever. "You know what? That's it. I'm out of here" She put her books in her bag , walked out without looking back. "NADIA WAIT" I shouted. But she didn't stop.

Nadia's POV
I knew I shouldn't trust boys anymore after what Ashton did. But Johnny.. he seems nice. Turns out.. Hm. When will I ever find the most loyal boy? I'm honestly so sick and tired with all of the games they played.

I layed on my bed. I started to think. Does John still likes Kenz? Is that why he didn't say no when Will wanted to invite her? Gosh, I was so stupid.

I took my phone, open contacts and blocked Johnny. I just, don't want to talk to him anymore. Him and Ashton is almost the same. I hate it.

Me and Nadia is in the same science class. I hope I can talk to her, since she blocked me. I sat down on my place, and took out my books. Will is doing the same thing.

Suddenly, Nadia walks in. She walked past me, but didn't even bother to look at me. I took a deep breath, and turned around. Before I get to say anything, "Don't talk to me" She said. I turned back around. Can't believe she just said that.

Is she really mad at me? Does she really think that I like Kenzie? Well shit, I can't say anything to her since she blocked me and she doesn't want to talk to me.
