Honestly, taking care of your skin becomes like so much harder when you are outside most of the time and here are some hacks that saved my life when it came to skincareLet's get to it👌
1💕 spending time in the sun is good but long time exposure can lead to many skin problems like acne, uneven skin tone and dark circles and wrinkles. My skin developed dark circles and wrinkles under my eyes
My hack was using "vaseline skin jelly with vitamin E" I initially started using it on my lashes because it was said to increase lash growth but one day I just applied it all around my eyes and I saw immediate results my eyes looked so much less darker the next morning and I have been using this hack ever since! Now I don't guarantee that Ur dark circles and wrinkles will disappear entirely but it sure does reduce the dark circles and wrinkles drastically.2💕 the next hack is I love the beach I spend hours at the beach cuz it's so relaxing and calming but, I hate using sunscreen I feel very uncomfortable in it so I avoid sunscreen so I easily get sunburned. I'm entirely to blame but I have an hack to help in a bowl I mix curd, coconut oil, honey and rosewater make it like a mask consistency and apply to my face and leave it till it dries entirely then rinse off with cold water and stay hydrated for the rest of the time and my skin is good as new in no time
3💕 the outside atmosphere is filled with dust and dirt in the size of particles which can easily get inside open pores and remain inside it may not be removed by simply washing your face so this hack will work like a miracle soak a cotton ball in rose water and rub it against your face in circular motion this will collect whatever debris that is left in your face so all your pores can breathe doing this every night before sleeping reduces the chances of acnes,rashes and infections
4💕 I'm one of those ppl who puts comfort before fashion and thus I avoid heels, mostly I'm in sneakers and sometimes in sandals but there comes a time when you have to wear heels and honestly it's horrible I've been there and done that
Now I know not everyone will feel the same some girls love heels and I totally look up to you girls they be so graceful in heels while I'm tripping 10 million times every second no kidding
And after the heels I get this killer pain in my legs below the knees and in my heels so,this next hack can help with the pain in a quiet large bowl fill it up with hot water ( skin friendly heat) add 2 green tea bags and orange peels and soak your legs for as long you want I preferably leave it the water get cold and it just relaxes the muscles and reduces the pain plus so much better for your skin compared to these chemical filled balms5💕 This is kinda one my favourite hacks and it's super simple. I'm one of those zombie ppl I stay awake till super late and then wake up really early like my typical weekdays are like I sleep around 1a.m and wake up at 4a.m to go jogging and that's all the sleep I get for the whole day, now ladies pls don't do this to yourself it's extremely unhealthy and I've been trying to get to bed early and let's just say I'm still trying so this lack of sleep leaves me with tired eyes my eyes become red, they are itchy and sometimes puffy so here's the hack that saves all the drama once I get back from jogging at about 7a.m I put green teabags which have been soaked in hot water over my eyes leave that on for about 15 -30 mins this gives me well rested eyes for the rest of the day
And nobody has to know that you're a zombie 😂
(P.s I sleep like crazy on weekends, I don't put any plans for weekends and if I do it's usually after 3 in the afternoon and if it's before that I just say I'm sick👌)👀👀👀😁👀👀👀👀😁👀👀👀👀😁
