~~Brendon's POV~~
I was genuinely surprised at how well he took my explanation, I expected him to run as far away from me as possible. But to be honest, after he stayed with me when I went.. crazy.. he did more than I ever hoped he would.
We both eventually gained enough strength to stand again and decided another beer was needed.

~~Ryan's POV~~
I wanted revenge. Revenge on all the sick fucks who destroyed a beautiful man, broke every part of him. But for now I had to take care of Brendon and just make sure he didn't hurt himself. Or anyone else.
He was still a bit dazed after what happened, so he lay down for a while. He kept telling me that I'd done enough for him and to go home but i refused to leave him like this.

~~Brendon's POV~~
So, I told Ryan the truth, but not the whole truth. See, I mentioned that it happens once a week, but that wasn't currently true. I'd found myself collapsed in a pool of blood multiple times these past two weeks, each time waking up more confused than ever. But I couldn't tell Ryan that, I didn't want him thinking he had to stay and watch over me. I just wanted him to go home and stay out of my way. For his sake.

~~Ryan's POV~~
Brendon seemed closed off, as if he was trying to get rid of me. I didn't care, I was going to help him no matter what. But eventually he seemed to be completely back to normal and finally persuaded me to go home, so both of us could get some rest. I left his house and got in my car, driving to my house, getting inside and bursting into tears. God, why was I like this? I didn't know whether I was crying over the horrors i witnessed last night or the hell Brendon had to go through at the hands of those monsters. After a while I passed out, tears still rolling down my cheeks. It had been a night I'd never forget, but not for the right reasons.
