Day 7

I just made my first run. I understand how unhealthy it is to be in pain and panting after 3 or so minutes of walking/jogging, but I made my first run. (Check Day 6 for info on why I'm running.) I am proud of myself for even managing to do it. Eventually I will be running every afternoon easily without panting and stopping every few minutes, but to get there I need to start where I am now. At the very start.

Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink some water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. It's still beating. Still fighting. You made it after all. You made it another day, and you can make it one more. Your doing just fine.
