They arrive on the ground wearing masks.
A Jtf officer greets them.
Female JTF Officer: welcome to Washington DC, I know the Whitehouse is a mess now but we don't have time to clean, come, the president is waiting for you guys.
They enter the white House to see soldiers wearing green with white stripe vests and helmets.
Black widow a.k.a Natasha: what's with the new look?
JTF officer: it's a new world madam, we need to change and green is the perfect change.
They enter the president's office.
President Obama:
Director Nick fury.
Nick: Mr President.
Obama: the situation is out of hand. The team is stunned of what they hear.
Steve: out of hand, Sir?
Obama: yes.
The president on the TV. It shows a news report about how worldwide the infection is.
Obama: the outbreak is now a global threat and this.
The president gives a file to Nick. Nick opens the file to see a picture and info of a man.
Obama: this is Doctor Gordon Amherst, we believe his responsible for all this and he had something to do with the virus itself.
The team is in shocked to hear this. Tony: is he working with Hydra?
Obama: so far no and believe he use the virus as a means to control population.
Natasha: where is he?
Obama is silent including his generals and government officials. The team looks at their faces. Nick: sir, where is he?
Obama: he is located where it all started, New York City.
The team is in total shocked.
Captain America: New York, my home state, sir?!
Obama: yes.
Hawkeye: oh my God.
Obama: we have a team deployed to the ground there, but they need your help.
The team is now confused.
Steve: you have team there, sir?
Obama: do you know the SHD organization?
Tony eyes lit up: the
Strategic Homeland Division?!
The team is surprised by Tony's reaction.
Obama: yes, we sent the second division wave to New York, to maintain order.
Nick: second wave?
Tony: what happened to the first?
Obama: we don't know but we also sent a secret team to support the second wave, I think you know who it is tony.
Tony: oh my God, April, Peter.
Tony is in disbelief at the moment.
Tony: why did you sent the division?
Obama: General?
Us female General: yes, sir.
She connects the TV to a computer system. She shows a video. Steve: what is this, sir?
Obama: see for yourself.
The video is a police dashcam footage. Officer one: is that it?
Officer two: oh no, let me call in it, dispatch, this is car two-four, we have visual on Unit five-five, looks abandoned, over?
Dispatch: copy that over.
A body falls on in front of the car.
Officer one:OH!
Officer two: mother of (beep).
Officer one tries to move back: (beep) they behind us!
Officer two: forget it, just go, now now!
Officer one drives forward around the corner.
Officer two: Dispatch, this is car two-four, we are-.
The car stops in from of a bunch of Rikers.
Dispatch: car 2-4 what's going on out there?
Officer two: (beep) dispatch, this is uh, two-four are-.
Dispatch: car 2-4 can you read me? The Rikers point they guns at the car.
Officer two: back up, back up, back up
Officer one: oh God, no no no!
The Rikers open fire and kill the officers. The video footage ends.
The team is shocked of what they see. Obama: I know it's not too pretty.
Tony: what the (beep) was that?!
Obama: that my friend is one of the factions that now ruled New York City, which is why the division is there.
