The user can transform into anybody they choose as long as they both make eye contact.
𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀
There is no way to obtain the persons quirk, & as soon as eye contact is made, the user instantly transforms; which could lead to the other person freaking out. This also causes a migraine if used for too long. Alcohol will also break the illusion.
