Al was talking to me earlier. He asked me if I liked Winry. Nah. She's too much like a sister to me. I can't like her. Plus, I'm too busy with figuring out how to get our original bodies back to like anyone.

And I'm wondering why he'd be thinking of liking anyone. Maybe he's been spending too much time with Mustang.

"Ah!" My thoughts were cut short when a small figure ran into me. (Yes. Someone's smaller than me).

"Hey! Watch where you're going!" A feminine voice yelled at me. I blinked, looking at who bumped me.

Her eyes are (e/c) and shine, even in the dark. Her eyebrows are furrowed--not good for wrinkles. Her hair dark in this lighting. All her other features are cute t-- damn it. I can't be thinking like that.

"Aren't you going to apologize?" She questioned, one eyebrow moving up on her forehead.

"Ah, yeah, sure. Sorry," I sighed, "for bumping into you."

She let out a breath, "Yeah, whatever. You got a name, stranger?"

I nodded, saying nothing. The girl looked at me for a second, as if she was expecting an answer.

"Well?" She asked. "What's your name?"

"Oh. Edward. Edward Elric."

And I'm gonna say what I need to say,
And hope to God that it don't scare you away,
Don't wanna be misunderstood...

"You mean, like, Edward Elric...the Fullmetal Alchemist?"
She knows who I am! ...Ah, shit.

"Um, yeah. That's me," I grinned. I think I might be getting a fever, I can feel my cheeks burning up. That girl is staring at me like I'm a book.

"Huh. You're taller than I thought you'd be," she says finally.
She just called me short!!!!

I open my mouth to say something.

Hang on a second. She...
Processing complete.

"Did you just...?"

"Just what?"

"You said I'm taller than you thought?"

"Yeah. Why? Not used to being called tall, Fullmetal?"

Her tone was somewhat teasing when she said that, but I felt my heart race.

But I'm starting to believe that
This could be the start of something good.

"N-no, I'm not. Um, what's your name?" I met her (stunning) (e/c) eyes.

"(F/n)," she started. "Though I like to be called (Nn)."

"Ah, alright. Nice to meet you, (Nn)."

"You too, Fullmetal."

"J-just call me Edward, please. Or Ed, if you want."

It's been a few weeks since I saw (F/n) but that's because I've been moving around a lot with Al. Doing a bunch of fighting and stuff. I told Al about her, and he says I'm "in love", but I don't think so. Maybe I just have a little crush. Yeah, that's it. A crush on a total stranger, who I may never see again.
