home alone

this is a small thingy I wanted to fo so yeah

there Rei was sitting on the couch everyone had something to do today it was Valentine's day after all Cherry Pineapple Will Scanty Diamond were all out even our basment friends were out on a date Rei was alone
"MMMMM I cant let this get me down!!! being alone can be fun!" Rei said to himself launching off the couch
" what to do what to do.." he looked around and decides to go to the kitchen it was a bit messy there was pink batter everywhere Cherry must have been busy
"sigh.." Rei looked down he felt a weird pain in his chest it was familiar but he couldn't quite remember where he's felt this before
"uuug Ill just go smoke" he stomps up the stairs passing all the rooms until he reads a name on a door he was passing

Legend

where was he Legend is always there for Rei even in school he stuck to Rei like glue
"I haven't seen him all day where could he be" Rei reached for the door nobe he's gone into Legends room many times before without Legends permission but for some reason he felt scared to open the door like someone would get mad if he went in
he put his hand on the nobe a slight stativ shock pricking him as he does he slowly turned the handle hearing a "clink" once it was fully turned and pushed the door open
it was quite and dark Rei walked in and turned on the light looking around nothing seemed out of place..well Legend isn't the cleanest but Rei can tell when his messes are normal or not
he closed the door behinde him and locked it just in case someone came home
why? Rei barely knew himself
"ahhhh~" he says falling onto the soft sheets getting bundled up in the burnt wood and cinnamon smelling sheets he loved Legends scent it was the best to Rei it always calmed his nerves and sometimes made him over heat some how
"Legend..I.." he couldn't finished his words his didn't know how
he just curled up into a ball in the sheets that pain getting stronger
"geez this hurts..." he said

"REI IM HOME"
Legend called from down stairs he looked around thinking Rei would be in the living room in a blanket fort or something but he wasn't Rei shot up from the bed the blankets still on him and runs downstairs nearly breaking the door down when unlocking it
he got to the bottom and saw Legend with a bag in his hands Rei didnt care he jumped onto the couch then onto Legend
"LEGEND THERE YOU ARE I MISSED YOU" Rei yelled hugging the dragon boi
"I was barely gone for a day Rei haha" he chuckled and hugged Rei back
"whats in there" Rei points to the bag
"Ill show ya" he said walking to the stairs then up them
"I was in your room by the way"
Rei said apologetically
"I kinda figured your wearing my blanket" he smiled at the cute deer boy as he walked into the room setting him on the bed and closing the door before him and locking it (get your heads outta the gutter girls) he sits down and opens the bag
" I got some chocolate straw berries since I know you've never had any before ummm some skittles weed and this"
he shows a medium-sized box
"here its for you" he said smiling lovingly at tge Doe boy
Rei takes it gently and opens the box
" oh my Iren...Legend this is.." inside the box was a crown the one Rei was soppost to get when he took thrown of his tribe
Rei couldn't help but cry the tears just fell like rain from the sky
"h-how?"
" it doesn't matter how Rei do you like it?" he takes Rei hands in his whipping away a tear from his cheek
" oh Legend I love it!! " Rei hugs Legend hard stuffing his face into the dragons neck Legend hugged bavk tightly
" WAIT! I Didn't get you anything!!" Rei looked up at tge dragon worried
" honestly theres one thing I want from you Rei " he looked to the side and blushed
" anything " Rei said with a smile
Legend flopped them both over onto the bed imbracing the little Deer taking off his amulat to show his deer ears and tail
" eep! " Rei said surprised
" I wanna cuddle " he hummed nuzzling into Rei's fluffy hair
Rei laughed and cuddled him back
" of course Legend " Rei giggled at the dragon boys goofy request
"oh wait I lied I need one more thing from you " He said his voice more serious
Rei looked up at him waiting for whats next
"Answer a question for me" he closed his eyes
"shoot" Rei said waiting for the question

"Do you love me?"

those words rung in Rei's ears
Rei didnt know what love was
but how he felt when he was with Legend hell even just thinking about him
made Rei happy and fuzzy inside

"Legend I dont know what love feels like.." he said Legend looking down at him his face pained

"but you.. you make me feel..feel something I can't explain"
Rei looked up at Legend

"so Yeah I love you Legend Stone"
