Andy couldn't read half of the words on the notecard, and every time he couldn't, he would just say 'wOaH' instead. This speech was told to the whole Middle School during an assembly for Student Council President elections. It was supposed to be serious, but the whole school was falling over itself with laughter. Andy's friend actually fell out of his seat during it.
