I hate my life, it sucks.

Sometimes I had this thought of killing myself, but everytime I look at the moon, It shouts my name and I would have second thoughts. Plus I have my dog beside me.

My life isn't as easy as you may think of, I have an abusive step father and my mom is working night shift so she cant stand the argument of me and him. I been bullied by my boss in work because apparently she hates red headed girls, like me. 

I have a dog named Bucky and he's a pug. I found him alone in the streets so I secretly kept him. I also have two bestfriends, Brent and Lily. We were friends since grade two. 

Lily live alone because her parents trust her being independent. Brent, lives with his father who abuses him like me. Sometimes we would see him with bruises on his face, and sometimes he wouldn't even go to school because of the pain he gets from his father.

"Grabrielle," my stepfather calls me. I went to the room where he's located and asked him what's the problem.

He didn't say anything instead he punch me in the face. "You fucking shit, your dog ruined my paper work and now I have to re do it." He slapped me hard, I already fell on the ground. "Get that shit out of this apartment or you both leave."

The tears urge toncomw out, but I hold it. I dont want to show him how weak I am. Instead I stand up and took my dog and went inside my room.

I grab my backpack and I grab some important things.

Wallet
Jacket
Ukulele
Sunglasses
Extra t shirts and undies
My phone
Charger
Headphones

And my dog.

I don't want it here, I want to escape hell. I open my apartment window and I look at my room once again.

"Come on buck, we're going on an adventure." I heard him bark and I smile.

I'm running away.
