"Let me go!" I yowled " Stop squirming trespasser, your going to have a talk with Bramblestar." The name sent a shiver down my back. "N-no! I'll never go near the border again I promise just let me go!" I wailed like a motherless kit. "Not a chance even if I were to let you go some other patrol would find you." He finished the sentience as he dragged me into the camp.

"Bramblestar! I have something to show you." The tom called. And everyone glared at me and I gasped as claws raked my tail, "Oww!" I turned around to see a little kit with orange fur "Are you a clan cat? You sure don't smell like one. Are you a-" "Flamekit! Get away from that Kittypet and go to the nursery."

I turned my head back towards the entrance. And thought maybe I can run, "Don't even think about it." A bluish tom said. "How do you know what I'm thinking?" I asked in wonder. "I just do." He spun around and smashed right into Bramblestar, "Hey! You need to be careful, Jayfeather. "Yeah yeah", He grumbled "Ashpaw did you eat that poppy seed I gave you?" asked Jayfeather as he walked into a den. Ashpaw! Without thinking I ran towards the den.

"Ash-! Oof" I yowled as I was pinned down by the tom that brought me here. "Freckle? Why are you here?" questioned Ashpaw. "A smittle shelp?" I tried to say a little help but the Tom had his paw on my muzzle. "Let her go! Or I'll leave Thunderclan." She said in a all serious tone The tom automatically let me up "Thank you Ashpaw." And I ran as fast as my legs could take me out of Thunderclans territory.

"Pebblepaw!" I gasped to myself. It was almost moonhigh so I ran all the way to the riverbank where I met Pebblepaw.

As I watched Freckle run out of the camp I felt a paw cuff my ear, "Hey! What was that for?" I asked Thorn, a rouge that joined the clan a half moon ago, "Oh I don't no maybe because you let my prisoner get away." Said Thorn. "Who died and made you leader?" I asked irritated. Ever since Thorn came here the elders started talking about a cat named Sol and by the way they talk about Sol, Thorn is just like him. "Ashpaw", Bramblestar said sternly, "Go to your nest Now." "But I-" "Now" Growled Bramblestar. I gave up and stomped to my nest, and I saw Shadowpaw come in and without him noticing I shifted over to make more room. He looked at me and I was pretending to sleep, and he carefully curled up beside me.

"Shadowpaw, Leafpaw, Dewpaw, and Shrewpaw Dawn patrol!" Called Thorn. "What about me?" I asked "You're confined to camp for half a moon, And you have to wait an extra Moon to be a warrior." He stated as if it was fair. "I hardly even did anything! I let my friend live how is that harming any cat?" I would have yowled but it was only dawn. "You let a prisoner go that can harm all the clans-" "If Ashpaw can't go out of camp or be a warrior then neither will I." Someone said from the back of the group, Shadowpaw! Leafpaw gasped, because she likes Shadowpaw and I'm guessing that she thought he would forget me if they were warriors before me.

I waited silently for Pebblepaw to arrive, and a few heartbeats later he appeared through the reeds. "Hi Pebblepaw!" I mewed. "Hi Freckle I wasn't sure you'd come." He confessed awkwardly. "Hey do you want to learn how to fish?" "Sure." I mewed enthusiastically. "Okay when your fishing you have to make sure your shadow doesn't hit the water, but it's dark so don't worry about that for now, then you look for a flash of silver like this watch." Pebblepaw waited for a few heartbeats and suddenly shot his paw into the water, and hooked a fish in his claws, and pulled out of the water and gave it a killing bite.

"Here try it." He offered the little fish to me. I smelled it cringed my nose, but still took a bite. It was cold and watery but it kind of tasted good.

I caught two little minnows and Pebblepaw caught a trout. "It's almost dawn, I have to go back to camp meet me here in two sunrises, I'd come tonight but I think I'm going to the gathering bye." Said Pebblepaw in one breath. "Bye." I called softly as I watched Pebblepaw run through the reeds. I started to walk back to my Twolegs den, when I scented two cats, one I recognized one was new. I'll follow it tomorrow.
