^^ Selena Kyle as Catwoman ^^

— Erin —

I flew around until I found Wayne Manor, and landed stealthily at the back door, releasing the shield and dropping my passengers on the ground as gently as possible. "Sorry about that, I was a bit too excited." I chuckled guiltily, helping Batman and Diana stand up.

Diana nodded, unaffected by the sudden tumble. "Indeed, it would seem you are still growing, at an astonishing rate. That is good. But you need control of your abilities, as I said a few days ago, when we discovered them."

"Control comes with use and experience, Diana. I'm only six days in, here, cut me some slack, eh?" I shook my head, and opened the door. "Now Batman, you need to go have those ribs and that shoulder looked at. No arguments." I frowned sternly when he opened his mouth to protest.

He grunted noncommittally, and entered the building, calling for Alfred over his communications device, then summoning the Batmobile, which had been left in Metropolis.

Diana waited until she saw Alfred, an old man who looked a little too buff to be a butler, (but then, what do I know about butlers? Maybe they were all buff...) and Bruce spoke to him quietly. "The situation was handled. I'll be in the cave."

She cleared her throat pointedly, and Alfred looked up at her, raising an eyebrow slowly. "Sic Selena on him, if you have to." She said stubbornly.

Batman visibly flinched, to my surprise, and then I remembered they were either engaged or married in this timeline.

"No need, I was already in the area." A lithe woman in a catsuit slipped by me, making me flinch and grip my knife. She glanced at me, then moved on, unconcerned. "Come on, cowboy, let's get those ribs wrapped up before Alfred has a coronary." She grinned mischievously at the older man, then wrapped Bruce in a whip and dragging him out of sight as Alfred huffed delicately, and followed.

After a moment, Diana nodded, returning to the subject. "I suppose you are correct. Experience is what you need, not lectures about your lack of it. As such, you will train with Wonder Girl and I, in Gateway City."

I chuckled, sitting down on my bike as it reappeared with a thought. "Will I? Curious, I had no idea! Tell me more of my future, O Wise Queen Diana?"

She frowned at me. "No need for rudeness, Erin. I realize that may have sounded a bit like an order, but you need to learn to follow those."

I snorted wryly, and turned the key, starting the engine. "Honey, you don't know the first thing about me, or you'd never think I can't follow orders. I just don't follow orders from people who have no control over me; and at this exact moment, that number is a Whopping Total of Zero! I'm only a member of the League as a Formality, -I haven't even been voted in,- therefore you are not my superior or my leader, nor am I a proper Amazon yet, and therefore you are not my Queen. All in all, you're an ally of mine, and perhaps a friend, but not someone I must follow orders from."

She hummed. "You're not wrong, I suppose, and though it feels a bit rude of you to say it like that, I cannot say that I disagree, so I will allow it."

"Yes, well, besides you thinking you need to 'allow' me to say anything I goddamned please, I do need the experience of fighting people both with and without my abilities; therefore, should you wish to Train together, you may join me in the ruins of Malina Island, and you may bring Miss Sandsmark and Ms. Lance." I nodded, offering a proverbial olive branch with a handshake.
