Sam and Dean were currently checking the perimeter of the old cabin you were in. The infected woman was still missing but her old family cabin was the only place the three of you thought she might go. You kept your gun out, although you already knew you wouldn't shoot her. She was human. It wasn't her fault the khan worm chose her.

Your steps sent creaks through the old wood flooring. A small bump made you turn around quickly, your flashlight now aiming at an open door that slowly moved shut again. The sound of light footsteps echoed in the basement beneath you.

"Always the freakin' basements." You grumbled as you glanced at the front door wondering where your boys might be.

Slowly, you pulled the door open and glanced down the staircase. Nothing. You continued your trek, carefully looking at the empty basement. A hand suddenly grabbed your foot sending you tumbling down the remaining stairs, a grunt following as you hit the wet concrete.

You quickly stood in a fighting stance, your eyes darting around the dark basement waiting for yours eyes to adjust. A rustling caused you to turn around, however it was a moment too late as you were kicked in the back of your knee. One leg down you swung around and knocked the woman down with a kick to the ankles.

She let out an inhuman growl as she threw a hand towards your face, her nails scraping down your cheek. As she swung again, you ducked and punched her across the face. She launched herself at you sending you both tumbling to the floor. Throwing her fists at your head you struggled to avoid her blows. One caught your lip, blood filling your mouth. She then grabbed the hands you had been blocking your face with and held them down.

Your eyes widened as you realized what she was about to do. You clenched your mouth shut tight as she opened hers. You watched her eyes clench an anger. You gasped in pain when she squeezed your wrists with a surprising amount of force.

The worm escaped her mouth and clawed its way down your throat. You tried to scream, but your throat was clogged, causing your eyes to water and a jagged cough. Two sets of footsteps banged through the house above you and your name was called.

"Y/N!"

2 gunshots sounded and the body of the woman collapsed on top of you. You were still gasping for breath and Dean pulled her off and Sam helped you to your side. You coughed, your eyes watering as you caught your breath. Then you laid back on the ground, both boys looking very concerned.

"I think we may have a problem boys."

——-
You laid in the corner of the couch curled up shivering. This wasn't like the khan worms you had dealt with in the past. This one was eating away at you. You could feel yourself getting weaker and weaker.

The boys could tell too. They watched you shiver, wrapped in a blanket, your skin pale and sweaty.

"Damn it Sammy. What the hell do we do?" Dean questioned his brother in the small kitchen. They both looked to you before Sam spoke.

"We have to try electrocution. It's the only thing that worked last time." He cringed while the words left his mouth.

Dean clenched his jaw. "There is no way in hell I'm hooking her up to a car battery. We have to find something else."

Sam gave him a look, causing his angered look to turn into one of sadness. They both knew what they had to do. Dean nodded and Sam left the cabin to get jumper cables and a battery. He spared you one last look before walking out the cabin door.

Dean has made his way over to you. "Hey sweetheart. How ya' doin'?" He asked kneeling in front of you. His calloused hand caressed the side of your face. You let a sigh of content as you unconsciously leaned closer to his hand. He smiled.

"I'm good." You spoke quietly. "You two babies finally decide to electrocute me." You joked. Dean frowned.

"God. You don't know how much I wish we didn't have to do this."

"Hey. It needs to be done. I want this SOB out of me." Your sentence broke into a cough just as Sam came back in. They set it up in silence before Sam helped you sit back on the couch. He handed you a wooden spoon before he stood back, behind his brother.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Dean questioned yet again.

"Dean, if you ask me one more time I'm going to electrocute you ."

He shook his head before getting ready. You gave him a nod. He took a deep breath before placing the cables against your forearms. Your eyes clenched shut, your jaw following suit. Every muscle in your body spasmed in pain, but no khan worm.

Dean stopped and your eyes opened.

"Anything?" Sam asked.

"Again." You answered.

"Y/N-" Dean stated but you cut him off.

"Do it again."

He reluctantly placed the cables back to your skin. This time a grunt escaping as the pain once again shot through your body. You felt a tickle deep with in you, but it disappeared as Dean pulled back.

You gasped, out a breath. "I felt it. - Do it - again."

Dean reacted quicker this time. The cables hit your skin and stayed there. The tickle came back. It grew and grew until you began to gag. Sam and Dean watched as your eyes rolled to the back of your head and a lump formed in your throat.

"Dean! You're gonna kill her!" Sam reaches forward to stop him.

"It's right there damn it!" He shoved Sam away. They both watched in shock as the creature made its way out of your mouth. Dean immediately pulled away and him and Sams boots went down on the khan worm.

As soon as they knew it was dead they looked at you with a smile. It disappeared when they realized you were slumped over unconscious.

"Y/N!"

"Y/N/N! Wake up damn it." Dean yelled grabbing your face. Blood dropped down your lips from your nose.

"No, no, no." Dean whispered as he laid his head against your chest to listen for a heartbeat.

"CPR Sam." He ordered. Both boys pulled you from the couch and laid you on the floor. Sam began chest compressions. Deans hand never left yours. When Sam finished, Dean gave you two rescue breaths.

Nothing.

Sam returned to compressions, Dean following up with the rescue breaths. Before Sam could open his mouth, ready to call it, your eyes shot open and you gasped for breath.

Dean immediately held you to his chest as Sam held your hand to his forehead. They both breathed out sighs of relief as they held you close.

All three of you sat in silence, just thankful that everyone was okay. You squeezed Sam's hand and reached up to hold Dean'a forearm.

"I don't think I'm ever going to be able to jump start a car again."

They both let out breathy chuckles. Dean shook his head before kissing your forehead. "Me neither."
