She didn't say anything when our eyes met she just pushed past me and washed her hands and walked out of the bathroom like she didn't wanna talk to me. I walked out of the bathroom and joined the party for a few hours until it ended and everyone went home except billies family and her girlfriend. Her girlfriend was a blonde she was decent looking but very annoying. When we got home I ran up to my treehouse and picked up the ladder so no one could climb up "hey Aubrey mom wants you to come down to eat dinner with the O'Connells" Shawn yelled from the bottom I opened the window and looked down "no" I said "I know what's going on kid you can't run away from your feelings" he said "I can sure as hell try" I said closing my window. I finally listened to Shawn and joined them sitting across the table from Billie and her girlfriend I would occasionally study Billie and her characteristics. She had dyed her hair a silver color and her eyes looked the same beautiful shade of blue. She's definitely gotten taller and her arms looked stronger and her smile softer. I felt someone poke my ribcage I looked at Hayes and he gave me a smirk I rolled my eyes and elbowed him back. Later that night my mom and Shawn left I grabbed stuff from my room and moved into their room for a while I looked across the window and saw Billie a room away she was goofing around with her girlfriend and that made me sad she saw me looking at her and her eyes studied my body and then I realized I was just in a bra and shorts and I quickly shut the curtains and my phone rang
Billie- Haven't moved on.
Me- clearly have you got a girl
Billie- okay.
I rolled my eyes and put down my phone and slid a lose t shirt getting ready to bare the fact that I had to see her everyday
