Harry:
I run right past all the screaming girls and right toMae. "Mae I'm soo sorry!" Mae turns around with an evil grin on her face. "Man that was priceless!" Mae was laughing really hard. I shoved her a little. "Hey!" she shoved me back. Man she is just too cute! "Hey so who's this girl you like?" Mae asks panting. I freeze. "W-What?" Oh god. "Well you have been acting kinda weird lately and I just thought maybe you like someone." Here your shot Harry. Take it. "Mae, I have something to tell you-". Just then, the stupid school bell rang. "Hey can you tell me later? I don't wanna be late for class." She turns away and jogs up the steps to the school. "Yeah, sure thing Mae."
For the rest of the day all I could think of is how I'm gonna tell Mae I like her. I thought having dozens of girls staring at you was intense! During lunch I talked to the boys about it. "Just tell her." Niall said with a mouth full of food, as usual. "But I can't just tell her. She's MAE. Not just 'some other girl.'" they don't understand.
Mae:
I wonder what Harry wanted to tell me... ah well, I'll see him after school. I'm sure it can wait. As soon as I sit down at my usual table at lunch all eyes are on me. "You are dating Harry Styles?!" I saw Harry's head pop up. "What the hell are you talking about?!" I am horrified. I love Harry but I never though people would take it this far. "We all saw you and him on the cover of Star Weekly. Don't lie to us, Mae." Lisa Hart demanded. "You guys all know that I have been friends with Harry for years. Why is us hugging suddenly a surprise?" I ask a little annoyed. "You weren't getting 'cozy' before now." I was about to scream "I am NOT with Harry!! Why can't you just except that!" I ran out of the lunch room with tears in my eyes. I slam the bathroom stall door shut. I plop down on the floor and star to sob. Why is this happening to me? I suddenly hear footsteps. I see the scruffed up familiar white converse walk in and open the stall door. I looked up.I didnt even care that he was in the girls bathroom. I was just glad to see him. I hugged him tightly. "I am so happy to see you." I closed my eyes and breathed in the familiar sent of warm, clean laundry. "I am happy to see you too, love." Harry looked my straight in the eyes. "I am chasing my singing dream right now. There are going to be people trying to bring you and I down. We just have to push them out and face reality. This is gonna be hard, but I want to do this with you." I wipped the tears from my eyes. "What are you talking about?" Harry took my hand. "I want to be with you, forever. Mae I love you more than anyone in the entire world. I have for years now. You are my best friend and for heaven sake, I LOVE YOU." I was so shocked I couldn't move. I just sat there staring at him. But finally I found the words. "I love you too Harry. And I would be more than honored to be with you." I took his other hand and smiled. Then he leaned into me and kissed my lips hard. I felt like I was being shocked with electricity. There were literally sparks. And then we just kinda, made out. And it felt, really good. Afterwards, we walked out of the bathroom, hand in hand with big smiles across our faces. And when we walked back into the lunch rooms all eyes were on us. Harry stood up on the lunch table he was sitting at and said something that shocked me. "This beautiful talented girl right here is my friend. My best friend. She is also my inspiration. I love her. And if you can't except out love, you can leave." he then got down from the table and kissed me for what felt like days. And it felt amazing.
