Flash back- 100 millennia ago
Kyvernia was a vast bustling city covering most of the Island of Lenios with a population of just under 800,000 people. Kyvernia was one of the biggest and richest cities in the North. Many of the richest came from Kyvernia including the Royal Family that resided there. Kyvernia was also host to the Arena of Kyanen where the most legendary of knights and warriors came together to battle it out for the Crown of the best Fighter in the lands. Whoever won this Crown were given the title Kensai (Japanese word). They had this title until the next Solstice occured which was then the time for the next Battle. Many warriors came far and wide to have to opportunity to fight in the Legendary Arena. Many had fought and died magnificent deaths while fighting in the Arena but there was always one man that remained unbeaten. A man that had won every fight against every warrior pitted against him. He was known as the Legend of the Arena. His fights were always elegant and fast. No contender ever survived for longer than 3 minutes against him. He always tended to end his fights with one single blow through the chest with his mighty sword. His fights were not only legendary because of the fight itself, but because he himself was not seen that often. So whenever he did appear, everyone in Lenios went to the Arena to watch him, even the elusive Royal Family who were not seen much outside of their Palace. Hence that man who was once unknown to the world which looked down on him as a peasant became the man who was remembered as the Legend of the Arena. He was something that everyone feared, even those who were high up in the power chains of politics. No one could stop or save themselves from his Wrath.
There were many fighters who wanted to battle against him but were refused as they were not deemed worthy. His idea of worthiness was someone who honoured their word, who protected the weak and innocent, who were modest but above all, who were kind. He refused to fight someone who was one that never protected anyone unless it was for their own gain. He had seen many of those types of people who did not meet but a single of those conditions. Therefore he refused them as he believed that he should not allow those deemed unworthy in his presence.
This man who put honour and dignity before all else was called Raven Eye.
