The next morning, Rōzu took Baranohana to Amaterasu's since she had to got to work.

"Be good for grandma," said Rōzu.

"I will!" said Baranohana. Rōzu said goodbye and headed to work.

"So, what have you been up to lately?" asked Amaterasu.

"Oh nothing. I was just...scared last night that an evil yōkai would eat me! So, I slept with mom and dad!" exclaimed Baranohana.

"Oh honey, an evil yōkai wouldn't eat you! You're too pretty! You have pretty pink hair like your mother!" said Amaterasu.

"Thank you grandma! Even though you're my grandma, why don't you look that old?" Amaterasu froze. The thought of trying to explain that she was a ghost scared her.

"Well darling, I just have natural beauty, just like you and your mother," lied Amaterasu. Baranohana thought for a second and then replies "Ok!"

Later that day during the evening, Rōzu came and picked her up. It was about 6:00 p.m.

"Did you eat yet?" asked Rōzu, once they got home.

"Yeah! Grandma made the best dumplings ever!" said Baranohana, excitedly. Rōzu smiled. Their life remained peaceful until, Baranohana turned 18.
