Ruby's POV
"Wake up Ruby", said Jasmine my best friend. "You are going to be late for the party".
"5 more minutes", I groaned.
"No more 5 minutes. Your boyfriend will be waiting for you" Jasmine said.
I quickly got up as I was going to meet my boyfriend, only earning a chuckle from Jasmine. I rolled my eyes at her.
I had already seen Ian at school. But I can't wait to meet him. Maybe I'm too cliche as a girlfriend, but who cares.
"Now hurry and get ready." said Jasmine.
So, I ran to bathroom, took a bath and quickly got ready in 5 minutes.

Well, I'm Ruby a simple high school student.My best friend's name is Jasmine and my boyfriend is Ian most popular, handsome and rich guy in the school. We are all in the final year of our high school. Ian and me are dating for 1 year now. I simply couldn't believe at first that why the most hot guy in the school wants to be my boyfriend as I am not that beautiful and also an average student in studies. But I think that maybe he had fallen for me the same way as I had fallen for him the first day I met him.
"What are you wearing"?, Jasmine said.
"Uhm, clothes!!!"
"You are wearing a simple jeans and top. Wear something sexy atleast . After all we're going to a party."
"You know that Jazz I'm only comfortable in these. So I'm not going to wear anything else."
"Ok fine. Let's go"
Jasmine started her car and we left for our destination.
" Ruby, you may not see it but I can tell that something is wrong." said Jasmine while driving.
"What do you mean" I said
"I am talking about Ian."
"What about him."
" He was not interested in you at first. He even bullied you. But then he proposed you. It doesn't feel right."
" I'm not going to have this conversation with you again."
"But, think atleast why he...."
"No but", I said as I cut her off.
"Ok, fine." said Jasmine.
After 5 minutes we reached at the party.
"Here we are. Let's go baby and have some fun" Jasmine said.
I rolled my eyes at her. I don't like parties as I really sucks at socializing with people. But today I am excited as I can't wait to meet my hot boyfriend.
