Chapter 1

A sixteen year old girl from California named " Bethany Noel Miller ", mostly everyone just calls her " Noel ". She's not a girly girl, she would rather wear her flannel that her mom used to wear all the time before she got sick and died from a cancer she was only 31 and her name was Sheri. Bethany lives with her dad Allan Miller and her oldest brother named Austin Miller.

Noel is an average girl just like her other friends, sometimes she would just stare the wall all day listening to music.

She has a best friend named Matthew Epspinosa, a 18 year old from Cali. They have been best friend's since grade one. Noel kinda has feelings for Matt but she doesn't want to tell him because it might ruin there friendship.

Noel has a crush on Shawn Mendes a 16 year old singer from Cali.

Why am I even here?

The boy I have a crush on probably doesn't even like me back.

I wish I can just be like a normal girl, no struggles, no fear, no scars and no worries.

Everyday I think of my mom, just wishing she was here at this time when I need her. I know she is always gonna be in my heart forever and always until the day I die and I get to see her in heaven.
