"You have amnesia?! And you didn't bother to tell me?!"
Dr. Hantel yelled at me.

"I'm sorry! I didn't know whether I could trust you or not!"

He took off his glasses and rubbed his face with one of his hands.
He sighed before turning to look at me.

"I understand, but that doesn't mean we aren't worth trusting."
He put his glasses back on.

Oopie climbed up my back and sat on my shoulder.
"Will you help me, Doctor? I mean with my memories."
I looked at him hopefully.

He smiled at me softly.
"Of course I'll help you. But first, we're going to enroll you in a school. It will help you understand how things work around here. While you're there, I'll be looking for clues on your memory. Sound good?"

"Yes. Thank you doctor. Also, can you tell me what a 'school' is?"

Dr. Hantel chuckled and sat down in a chair, explaining what school was and how it worked for an hour.

"And that's basically all there is."

"So we learn new things everyday? I always had knowledge uploaded into me using a mind bank."

"Sounds interesting. Maybe we can use it to give you a head start on all the subjects."

"Indeed we can."
I pulled out a small purple rectangular board out of my arm.

Dr. Hantel eyes it closely.
"Fascinating."

I went over to a nearby computer and plugged it in to a cable that grew out of the board when I brought it near the computer.

"How on earth-"

"Doctor, can you please upload all the information on this planet into my mind bank?"

He looked at me dumbfounded.
"How did you know- you know what? Sure."

The Doctor went over to the computer and started uploading a bunch of information.

When he finished, I unplugged the mind bank and put it back on my arm.

I felt my mind go crazy with all this new information.
Art.
Science.
Food.
Humans.

All of which made me want to just go out and explore this planet.

I stumbled back after receiving everything.
Dr. Hantel helped me back up.

"Your planet is so....amazing!!"
Oopie trilled in excitement and I danced around the room.

"So many fun things to do here! And I can't believe I'm going to school! Especially high school!"

"Alright. Calm down. I know our planet is great but come on. I already have a place set up for you to stay the night."

"That's great! Thank you Dr. Hantel!"
I hugged him.

"Alright lets go! I have a feeling that you'll like it."

And he led me out of the room and onto my new home until I got my memories back.
