A new cafe had entered the area. China came into the building looking worn out.

“China what's wrong?” Italy spoke as he walked over to China. He nodded and fell onto Italy.
Of course, Italy couldn't sustain this wait so he fell down. China was on top of him.

“Germany, help! China is surprise attacking me!” Germany came running in.

He saw China on top of Italy and instantly got angry. “China what are you doing on top of Italy.”

When he saw that China was sleeping he calmed down. He took a deep breath and moved China into the break room.

China soon woke up, Japan had just brought onigiri into the room.

“Ah, good your awake China. Germany said you suddenly collapsed on Italy this morning.”

China's face turned hot, he slapped his own face. “How embarrassing. I should apologize.” As if on cue Italy walked in.

“Oh great, you're awake China! I was worried about you.” China tilted his head and sat up.

“Worried about, me?”

He questioned silently. Italy came over and sat by China. “Who else would've been worried about, we were all worried about you!”

China smiled, he had never felt this happy. “Thank you.” Italy smiled and nodded. “No problem, but I do have a question. Why were you so burnt out?”

China sighed and held his head. He threw covers over his shoulders and cuddled up to the wall.

“I was working non-stop on the cafe.” He shut his eyes.

“Tell Germany I’m taking a sick day.” He got up and instantly fell back onto the bed. “I can't even stand.”

Japan and Italy had stood up in surprise. They covered China up and put a wet rag on his forehead.

“Italy and I can take care of you today.” Japan offered.

Italy put his hand on his forehead, he was somewhat saluting Japan.

“Yup, we're at your service China!” China smiled and closed his eyes.

Japan and Italy left the room to let China sleep. They made some soup for China and left it at the side table.

While this was happening Germany sent in spies to see the new cafe. It was none other than Sweden and Finland.

They pledged their heart and soul to the safety of the pizzeria. Or at least Finland did, Sweden just tagged along.

They went into the cafe and it seemed Iceland and Sealand were manning the counters. It was even less busy than the pizzeria.

Sealand turned to Iceland, “Why is no one here Iceland?” He whined. Iceland shrugged, “I don't know, oh wait look, customers. Sealand go now.”

Sealand showed him a confident thumbs up and went to the table with menus. He smiled at them.

“Hello valued customers, take your time and call me when you're ready!” He smiled widely. He went back to the counter and watched them talk.

“Alright the waiter is basic and the menu seems to be handmade. The food sounds good though, so let's order.” Sweden informed Finland with crossed arms. The smaller one smiled at him. He opened his mouth as if he was going to call the waiter.

“The waiter never told us his name. Sweden can read the name tag from here?” Finland asked.

Sweden squinted at the boy until he saw his name tag. “It says Sealand.” Finland nodded.
