This is a warrior cats sorta legend of korra toleplay crossover almost.
The clan works in the same way as in the books, a leaders name ends in star, apprentices paw, kits kit.
The sort of crossover bit is that the cats in the clan control the element of earth, mainly metal. (Don't ask how cats got there paws on metal.)
When made a warrior, a cat is given a metal wristband type thing with a metal cord inside, which the cat can control and shoot out, making fighting a lot easier.
The only exception for this is Icefur. she's a water (mainly ice) bender. Every other cat is METAL, or NON bending.
