Next day
I was on my bed I couldn't sleep, because I was thinking about what happened last night, I was thinking of skipping today besides it was a Friday

Jungkook pov
I was ready for school on the couch it was still early but Kriz still wasn't awake, I knocked on her door but nothing, I called her for breakfast but nothing, what is she doing, I decided to knock on her door again so I went upstairs

Kriz pov
I was on my bed watching youtube until I heard my brother knock on the door

Knock knock

I got up immediately and opened the drawer and took out the thermometor

Knock knock "KRIZ are you in there"

I put the tip of the thermometer on the lamp to heat in up to fake my temperature

Knock knock "Kriz I'm coming in"

I put the thermometer in my mouth and sat up on my bed and put a fake face on to convince I'm sick

Jungkook opens door

Jungkook: hey Kriz
Kriz: hii *sick moan*
Jungkook: why aren't you ready
Kriz: I don't wanna go to school kookie
Jungkook: why weren't you answering me while I was knocking
Kriz: I don't feel good, look *hands Jungkook thermometer*
Jungkook: ohhh Kriz your hundred point 6 degrees fahrenheit *concerning tone*
Kriz: oh nooo really?
Jungkook: yes, yes you are
Kriz: too bad, guess I can't go

I can't believe he believes me I should lie more often

Jungkook pov
I knew Kriz wasn't sick, I know my sister, if she was sick she wouldn't be happy and she would tell me that she's ok, she's fine, that she isn't sick, because she doesn't like missing out things, I just played along with her little game of hers

Jungkook: wellll, I guess you can't come to school
Kriz: y-ya
Jungkook: your gonna miss your presentation

Kriz pov
DANGIT I forgot about my presentation maybe Taehyung can do it himself, or I could text him I'm sick and we can present next week

Kriz: o-oh ya
Jungkook: then you'll have to stay home
Kriz: yes, I knowww
Jungkook: too bad we were gonna hangout with my friends and yours
Kriz: w-what?
Jungkook: I think we were gonna go to the food market

Nooo I want to go with my friends but Jungkook already knows I'm sick

Kriz: u-um I don't remember those plans
Jungkook: well were doing it *stands*

Jungkook was about leave, no don't do it, stay in your bed, it's ok

I was telling myself not to give in but I couldn't help it

Jungkook turns around

Jungkook: oh what's wrong now *sarcasm*

Jungkook: Ha I knew it
Kriz: ok I'm not sick I admit
Jungkook: why would you fake that your sick?
Kriz: I just don't want to go
Jungkook: why? Are you feeling ok?
Kriz: yes, yes I am

I got up and went straight to the bathroom with a strong expression

I asked if she was feeling ok but she just stood up and went straight to the bathroom as if nothing happened "silly kid" I said to myself to make fun of Kriz's cuteness

At school
I was heading to Taehyung who was by the lockers surrounded by girls
I made my way through the crowd of girls

I finally saw Taehyung and our eyes met

Kriz: um did you finish the project
Taehyung: a little bit

We were interrupted by lots of girls

Taehyung: ughhh Kriz lets go to the bench
Kriz: oh ok

He dragged me through the girls and I got some glares but we finally reached the benches

Taehyung: so I have the project in my locker
Kriz: well ok thats good to hear, I'll go to my friends now
Taehyung: wait

He grabbed my wrist before I could leave

Kriz: w-what is it
Taehyung: why did you leave yesterday

He said stepping closer to me, he looked concerned

Kriz: I was just t-tired
Taehyung: don't do that, you made me worry
Kriz: o-oh I'm sorry

I said looking at the ground, why should he be worried and concerned

Taehyung pov
I was by the lockers surrounded by girls until I heard a familiar voice I looked and saw Kriz, finally she's here I was worried last night because she just left while it was dark, she walked all the way home with her home being far away from mine, she knows I could've dropped her, or call her brother

Taehyung: Kriz what were you thinking you can't just leave my house into the dark of night, something could have happened

Taehyung pov
I felt something take over me talking to her, why was I worried about her, it's like I felt something for her

Kriz pov
I was getting annoyed by his words and actions, I'll just leave

Taehyung: Kriz I'm sorr-

She just left I felt sorry for my words to her she was probably annoyed, why did I feel this emotion taking over me it's as if I need her safe
