"It's alright! I won't hurt you" Gloyd said while getting closer to Vanellope but Vanellope ran behind Gloyd's kart looking if Gloyd is gone.
When she saw that he's gone, she stood up but Gloyd shocked her. Vanellope screamed. "never shock me like that!!! Just stay away from me!" "I won't hurt you. Trust me!"
Vanellope started to tremble but Gloyd suddenly hugged her. "What...Are...You...Doing???" Said Vanellope.
"I know this usually calms girls" Gloyd said. "girls like Taffyta and Candlehead but not me!" Vanellope said. "Yeah right" Gloyd said with a smirk. Vanellope isn't pleased so she punched Gloyd in the guts. "And that's for the hug" Vanellope said with a tiny smirk "I hate those" "Yeah yeah" Gloyd said squeezing his stomach "why are you still trying to race even if Taffyta bullies you and destroys your kart?" "Because, I've always been dreaming of becoming a racer but because some of the parts I need for my kart are heavy and I can't carry them to my home" Vanellope mumbled "I don't remember anything from the past but all I remember is someone who looks like King Candy say to me Never give up. Follow your dreams no matter what others tell you. but, even if I follow my dreams, every racer keeps stopping me. Even you" "But that was before. Taffyta keeps calling you a mistake, a glitch, an accident waiting to happen, but, I suddenly see you more than a glitch" Gloyd said "even more" "I'm more than a glitch?" Vanellope asked wiping her tears. "Yes, you are" Gloyd answered.
Vanellope started to smile but she didn't notice Rancis spying on them. "There is no way Gloyd is gonna be with Vanellope" Rancis mumbled as he walked away.
Vanellope led Gloyd to her house with a broken Lickety-Split. "There! Go between those two sugar free lollipops!" Vanellope pointed. "Are you sure?!" Gloyd asked nervously. "Trust me!" Vanellope smiled. Gloyd closed his eyes drove through the two lollipops and entered Diet Cola Mountain.
"Hey Orangeboar, you can look now!" Vanellope said. Gloyd gently opened his eyes and jaw dropped. Vanellope pulled Gloyd by the hand to her bed. While the two were running, Gloyd noticed a familiar face. "Rancis?" Gloyd said. "What?" Vanellope asked. "N-nothing" Gloyd answered as they continued running. When they reached Vanellope's bed, Vanellope jumped on her bed and smelled her comfy sponge cake bed. "Hey Vanellope, I'm just going to check on my kart" Gloyd said. "Sure!" Vanellope answered as she continued bouncing.
