TWELVE

TWELVE

I sat on my couch, with everyone standing around trying to figure out a plan to save Liam and Hayden. Theo, Stiles, and Malia were standing in my living and my brother bursts into the door.

"Hey, is Kira okay?" Stiles asks, Stiles just informed us that Kira was found as a suspected for a dead body that was killed in my kitchen, the reason why they thought it was Kira it was because of her sword that was struck through the girl's heart.

Scott stormed past us, without answering Stiles' question. I jump and walked after him. "Scott?" I call, following him up the stairs and into Scott's bedroom.

"Sorry, I'm only on chapter two." I heard Corey say to Mason and Lydia, and I enter the room, Corey, Lydia and Mason are here. Corey, being the other Chimera. "I'm kind of a slow reader."

"Oh, that's okay, Corey," Mason tells him.

"He's right we don't have time for that anyway," Scott storms in.

"No, Scott, don't!" Lydia cried as Scott had ripped out his claws and plunged it into the back of Corey's neck, making my eyes widen.

I watched as my brother's eyes turned a bright red. I stumbled back into the hallway. "Stiles-" I cut myself off when I saw my boyfriend running towards me, with worried eyes.

"Are you okay?" Stiles quickly asked and I nodded. He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the room, Theo and Malia were close behind us and Stiles watched as his best friend claws were in the back of Corey's neck.

"Don't get too close." Lydia warned us.

"What is he doing?" Theo asked, frowning.

"Tapping into Corey's memory," I answered, I felt Stiles squeeze my hand a little, I squeeze his hand back. Stiles and I glanced at each other. "It's usually something only Alpha's do."

Theo walked around and observing Scott. "Is it as dangerous as it looks?" Theo questioned.

"Probably more." Stiles added.

"Does anyone know if it's working?" Mason asked, watching Scott carefully.

That's when Scott gasped and stepped back, almost falling over if it wasn't for Theo, Stiles, and Malia catching his fall, his eyes were widening. "Is he okay?" Scott asked breathlessly.

"What the hell did you do to me!?" Corey cried, touching his neck.

"You'll be alright." Scott assured.

"There's blood," Corey points out, bringing back his hand and there was blood on his hands.

"You'll heal." Scott tells Corey.

"Scott..." I warn Scott.

"He'll be fine!" Scott blew up in my face, turning to me. I pressed my lips together. "Listen..." he turns to the rest of the pack. "I think it worked. I saw something. There were tunnels. Pipes along the walls. There were these two huge blue pipes at the entrance. Two on both sides."

I looked at the familiar picture he had drawn on my sketch pad, Stiles and I both looked at the picture. Stiles sent me a confused looked. "Wait a second. I- I know this. I've seen this before."

"That's one of the tunnels that I watched you skateboard in." I quickly said and Stiles snapped his fingers at me, nodding.

"Remember my Dad caught us one time and told us never to go back?" Stiles asked, looking back at me. I nodded eagerly.

"It's the water treatment plant," Lydia stated.

"That's where they are." Scott realized. "That's where we'll find Liam and Hayden."
