Today is the day they take the twins home Larry stands up and stretches he and Sal were woken up by the twins crying. Sal stood up and walks up to the cribs and picks up Diane while Larry grabs Lilly. Sal's instinct kicks in "Aww are hungry sweetpeas" Sal says and looks at Larry and smiles. They sit down in Sal's hospital bed Sal hands Larry Diane and starts making their formula "We go home today Sal are you excited" Larry states. Sal just nods they fed their girls and started packing they then went home and Todd and Neil visited their friends and new godchildren they even got to hold them now Todd and Neil are thinking of adopting children of their own.
*5 years later*
It's been 5 years since the girls were born. To Larry, they look more like their mother every day. but little does he know Sal has a surprise for him. Sal sat in the bathroom smiling like an idiot staring at the stick. Two lines he's pregnant again and Sal's really excited and picks up his phone and calls Larry who is at work "Hey Larry face call me back when you get this I have a surprise" Sal states and hangs up. He then calls Todd "Hey Sal do you need something" Todd answers. "No, but Todd I'm pregnant again" Sal states excitedly. "Really congratulations Sal," Todd said in a happy tone. But little does Sal know Larry has a surprise too. "how does this one look sir" the seller asked.
