First Kiss

I keep thinking back to what Rayal said about me not leaving her.
What was she going to say? I glance up ready to ask her.... Or at least try.
"Hey Rayla...when I was out, I heard you-umm-what where you going to say?" I manage to barley say.
"What? Oh umm, nothin" she replies not even looking up from sharping her knife.  I breath a deep sigh not wanting to let this go.
"Are u sure cause it sounded like you were going to say -"
"If I was going to say something I
would tell you..."

Rayla POV

How could I tell him when I didn't even know what to tell myself. What was I going to say.. I.. what?

Hey Xadia to Rayla, I look up to find Callum waving his hands in front of me. "You ok you kinda zoned out there."
"Oh yea, I'm fine." I mutter with zero confidence.
"Sooo, how's your art coming?"
"Great actually I've been drawing quite a bit lately." 
"Can I see?"
"Yeah, sure I guess." He says kinda hesitantly.
*I took the sketch book and looked through it finding a lot of drawings of Claudia*
"So umm im taking a wild guess that you like Claudia"
Callum blushed hard.
I rolled my eyes.
"Wa-no-huh- Why would u say that?" he said getting Flustered.
"Cause she's the majority of this book"
I said annoyed
"What no I drew other things...", he said sheepishly
"Yeah, I'm not seeing it." he trailed off. I came to a drawing of myself. This one's my favourite *showing the drawing of me*
He was speechless and then wasn't

"I couldn't lose...you"
I stared at him in question,
"What do you mean you couldn't lose me?"
"I couldn't, not be with you, the though of you not being with me, I guess........"
"Oh?"
Callum realizing what he said was foolish.
"I mean like a-a friend, I couldn't lose such a good friend-yeah."
I sighed defeated."Callum I'm not sure what I want or my dreams or even what to do after all this but especially how I feel about.........you"
"What do you mean." he looked at me with a sort of gleam in his eyes.
"When you were out cold, I was scared, scared I might lose you, scared you were leaving me, I almost said I-i....."
"You almost said what." I pressured eager for the answer.
"I'm not sure..."
He looked at me and I looked at him and nothing moved nor made a sound everything was still,in the moment
Callum stepped closer, closing the space in between.
"Rayla, Your right I do have a crush on Claudia but when I look at you when I'm with you I just, it just feels right."
He leaned in, closing most of the space between us.
"Callum, Your a hu-uman I'm an elf"
I squeal getting nervous.
"And? what does that matter."
He said while leaning ever closer
If any one had moved forward we would touch.
"Callum your really close." He stared at me with guilt.
"Oh, I'm sorry, he started to step back"
I grabbed his hand
"No, I didn't mean, it's just I'm nervous"
"About what?"
"Oh you didn't- mean too, umm-oh I feel like an idiot."
"Rayla don't."
With that he leaned in closing what little space was in between, his lips meeting hers , I brought my hands up and started to twirl his hair,
He brought me closer to him wanting more of me , needing more of me
He kissed me passionately, I never wanted to let go, never wanting to be without him again.
He was kissing me I didn't hesitate to kiss back, it felt right, everything did,
Chills being sent through out my body
I raised my hand to his hair wanting to hold him
He started moving his hands around my body,it felt amazing,
"callum" his name leaving my lips,I moaned his name, I blushed crazy,

ut how could I not? The way he made me feel.

Callum's POV
She moaned my name, it was an accident I could tell by her crazy blushing, I wish It wasn't, I wanted her to say it again.
I started to move down to her neck kissing till I found her sensitive spot.
"A-a huhmm,cAllUm,"
she moaned again and it drove me crazy the way she said it the way she looked.
Vulnerable and sweet and beautiful.
So beautiful The moon light reflecting on her features She looked surreal like a goddess and there she was moaning my name. I went back to kissing her lips hungrily pushing her against the tree.
She took off her top leaving her undershirt only, kissing me sloppily wrapping her legs around me pulling me closer to her.
Pulling my shirt over.
Rayla your so beautiful I whispered in her ear.
Kissing her sensitive spot.

Rayla POV
I started biting my bottom lip to stop from moaning his name.
He stopped and looked at me,
Rayla it's ok you don't have to stop yourself , he started to kiss me again, Rayla, he said softly while dragging his tongue along my lips. I relaxed letting him in Letting him take control for the first time in my life. I wanted him this was too good.
Him me we both wanted more but this now was enough for now.
With each other like this forever....
Zym woke up tugging on my leg
We suddenly woke from our trance
Looking at each other realizing what had previously happened and that we were almost completely topless.
We distanced ourselves as far as we could get. Then words came out all jumble.
"Raylaimsorryidontknowwhathappened."
"Callumimsostupiditookyourshirtoffandmineandi-I ."
There was silence and nothing moved then Zym started to fly, emphasizing he wanted to play.
"Maybe we should get going..." barely above a whisper I spoke.
"Rayla I don't, I umm, that was, we don't have to,uhmm."
"Callum I get it, it happened so fast we don't have to talk about it, or do anything about it......let's just focus on one thing... getting Zym to Xadia."
"Yeah.....Rayla I take it back."
And my heart fell with those words, he took our kiss back, but i didn't want to give it back, I wanted to keep it with me forever, but his heart wasn't mines it was someone else's.
"Yeah I do too."
I said through gritted teeth
"YoU do too what?"
"The kiss what else?"
I wanted to leave, it hurt to talk about it, I wanted to kiss him again, I wanted to be with him, he didn't want me, it was an accident, besides I'm a assassin he's a prince....
"I-i said I was sorry for it, I'm not, I don't regret it cause it was with you, and there couldn't be anyone else- but I understand if you want to forget about it. " He said with his head low.
"No, Your a human I'm an elf, let's just deliver Zym and think about the rest later." I suggested, getting tired.
"Good idea." he answered.
"Callum." I spoke softly.
"Yeah." he replied.
I grabbed him by his coat and pulled him to me, bringing our lips to meet once more then parting before they couldn't again.
"Callum we will talk about this later but for now let's just do one thing at a time..."
I walked away with Callum confused as well as my self.

Callum POV
(What was I doing?! I was an idiot! I take it back, I need to be with you, you're beautiful, I kissed her! What was I thinking? She kissed me, what was she thinking?I enjoyed it why did I enjoy it? I like claudia....don't I?
*flashback of him kissing her while looking at her beauty*

"Callum hurry up."
"Oh, yeah coming..."

Rayla POV
I stood there waiting for him to catch up, with Zym in my arms. His hair jumped when he ran, his cheeks where so rosy with life his eyes gleaming green I wanted to touch him feel him on my skin, but for now we had one priority...Get Zym to his mom, where he had always belonged to be.
