Backstory: She is a goddess, basically imagine from Dragon Ball Super a Kai and A God of Destruction combined is basically Y/n. She can create and destroy basically anything except a Universe. On the same date every year she goes into her goddess form to judge who the dragon gods picked to wield their scared gear but only if they have activated it. If she doesn't like who it is she removes it and gives it to someone else and kills the previous user. She is currently residing in Kuoh Academy disguised as a normal girl because despite her angels she is very lonely.
