Denise's POV

I was now in the garden doing some random things, like sitting walking around.. and more.

I just stayed here and taking my time..

After a few minutes, a demon which is a guard of Zalgo, was running and heading to me. I stand up from the bench and faced him as he was close.

"There you are~ you are needed in the final proposal, they already have chose a queen~" he said bowing.

"I'll be there" I replied and he starts to go back to the castle....

I prepared myself for a minute, made my dress a little presentable adding some curly things on it with the matching tattoos with Gemini Mark on between my collarbones. I teleported to the throne room and I was now beside the guider of the oh lord Zalgo.. 😑

What am I doing here? To be honest. I was the one who is in charged putting the enchanted marking on the soon to be queen(s)... because I'm the only one who can do it...

After a long speech it was now my turn, I looked at the soon to be queen, but she looked at me with pity.. 'what is wrong with her to look at me with pity?' I asked myself in my mind...

I just tilted my head up looking down at her and telling her to show some respect by looking at her with an intense glare. She kneeled down infront of me and I put my index finger in front of her forehead. I did a speech and push my index finger a little on her forehead appearing a dark marking and immediately disappearing.

It has been a week and, the kingdom is pretty taken care of. Well it was active in every event.. but it wasn't active by helping the villagers.

I just realized this kingdom needs an happy village. But I can't see it. Sure it was the underground kingdom, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't allowed to be happy.

As i was roaming around the village. I heard a explosion and I immediately ran there with my men. 'Yes I'm a captain'....(Author-Chan: AOT be like— ehem)

When we got there, it was a terrifying view. Few houses were destroyed and you can see a few corpses laying on the ground. No one survived..

I mentally roared at the sight, rage is taking over me.

"Ma'am there's no survivors left" one of my men said.

"I can see it. I'm not blind" I said back my voice with venom.

I was walking infront of the destroyed place. And looked at it. 'I'm so disgust about our soon to be queen she always don't take care if her kingdom well.. same goes to that two-horned-bastard' I said in my mind as my white sclera became black.

~Time Skip~
~ a month~

I was so irritated right now. i cant take it anymore. I need to talk to the guider and say to him I need to be in the meeting, not as Zalgo's guard.. but as their lord giving them my opinion and my suggestions.

The guider agreed then. When the meeting is going to start. The queen who have the name Elena spoke to Zalgo. "Why is your guard here?. She should be beside you guarding you, not as an extra here" she said failing to lower her voice.

Zalgo just sighed. I looked intense at Elena, which felt my stare, she looked at me in the eyes "what are you lo—" she was cut off by the sudden pain on her body which I did.

"Okay that's enough!" The guider said " let us all calm down" He said.
I just stopped on what I was doing to Elena. "Now lets start the meeting..."
He started.

"We have a so called ball for royals your majesties" one of the servant said.

"The event has scheduled already we are going there after a few days" Elena said.

"I have a suggestion about cancelling every events that you are going to attend" I said quickly before someone do.

"No.. we need to fix our kingdoms' rank by going to events" Elena said.

"But you're the future queen.. you should take care of your kingdom first before you go to those events.." I rant back.

"Sorry Denise but, the queen is always right" the guider said

I looked at Elena only seeing her looking at me with a smirk.

I just sighed in irritation. I stand up "I'll do it by myself then" I said glaring at everyone in the room, I turned around, and started walking to the exit.

"Where are you going?" One of the royal servants asked.

"I just said it...." I keep on walking, but before I closed the door. "I was so disgusted about your decisions Elena." I paused as I looked back at Elena " you are the future queen of this kingdom. But you always put your eyes on those events..... you are useless..... the title queen doesn't suit you" I said then exited the room.

Zalgo's POV

As she left the room. Everything was silent. I smirked 'that's my girl'....................'What dafaq did I just said?' I just shook my head and looked at my guider, he is looking at me too...

'Lord.. why didn't you choose Denise as the future Queen?' He asked me using his telepathy at me.

'Please have some manners about using those powers to your king' I said back.

'Sorry..... but what Denise said and going to do was more.. halpful to get our kingdom get into the highest rank'.... he said.

'...... you are the one who is assigned about this kingdom having a queen so?' I said to him.

'I'll choose her as the future queen.... she might be our lord but... we need someone to rule and take care of the kingdom right, with you' he said.

I just looked at him with a shut-up-look..

He just bowed and looked away... 'maybe we choose the wrong queen... and the chosen one is all the time here beside me.. I'm so dumb— wait.. did I like her to be my queen?... HECK NOO— But we really need someone too— ZALGO YOU KNOW WHAT!?!? FUCK YOU!' I scold myself in my mind.

I felt someone is staring at me, I looked back at my guider... I realised that he heard every... "don't.you. Even. Dare" I said venomously.

He just nodded and looked away again. I can see that he was forcing himself not to laugh.

I just sighed. "Honey what is wrong?" Elena asked. '...... dahec—'

"It was nothing darling~" I said hesitantly... 'I'm so not used to this kind of relationshit'
