"Scarlette Grace!"

Scarlette turned around to face her best friend, Clover Rose. Her mom had a thing for flowers.

"Hey Clove. Whatcha need?" Scarlette questioned as her friend approached her. Clover had a huge smile placed on her face, alerting Scarlette that she was in a good mood.. Her red hair was thrown up in a loose bun and wisp of her hiar were framing her face. Scarlette was always jealous of how Clover always managed to look effortless and gorgeous at the same time.

"So that Jake guy stopped me on the street and told me to tell you to text him," Scarlette nodded. She had been meaning to, she was just very forgetful. "Other than that, I was just wondering if you wanted to go and get some Starbuck so you can tell me all about your trip to LA. Anything good come from it?"

"Oh gosh Clove. It was so beautiful there. Next time I go, you definitely have to come. I really hope I get to go back. It was a great experience," Scarlette gushed as her and Clover made their way to Starbucks.

Once they ordered and sat down, Scarlette pulled out her phone to check her twitter.

"Don't forget to text Jake. I mean if you're serious about LA," Clover reminded Scarlette when she saw her phone in her hand.

"I knowwwwww. It just keeps slipping my mind. I'll do it now while I'm thinking about it."

Scarlette closed out of her most beloved app and texted the number she had memorized a few weeks prior.

To: (213)994-7856

Hey. I've thought about it a lot. I'm in.

"I told him I was in," She smiled putting her phone away. Clover smiled, bigger than Scarlette had ever seen her smile.

"I'm glad. I was honestly hoping you'd say that. This is such a great opportunity. No one from a small town, especially a small Indiana town, ever gets this kind of an opporunity."

"Taylor Caniff did," Scarlette reminded her friend, thinking of the vine famous kid. He's the soul reason she deciced to take this chance. If he could make it, then maybe she could too. Princeton was smaller than Jasper, so the size of where you came from obviously didn't mean anything.

Clover just looked at her friend, her best friend.

"But you actually have talent."

"Taylor has talent. He's funny, he can rap kinda, and he saves lives. And honestly, saving lives is the only talent a person really needs. I can only hope to touch people's lives the way him and his friends have," Scarlette stated as her phone went off, signaling she had a text.

From: (213)994-7856

Who dis?

To: (213)994-7856

Scarlette Johnson. This is Jake Kasper, right?

From: (213)994-7856

no this is taylor caniff

As soon as she saw those words on her phone screen she dropped her phone. Clover lookeed up, shocked at the sudden noise.

"Scar, what is it? What did Jake say?"

"It's not Jake. I typed in the wrong number. I typed a seven instead of a six. Apparently I just accidentally texted Taylor Caniff."

Clover just stared at Scarlette, her brown hair, for once just left natrual, was falling in her face. Her face was void of any makeup and you could see the natrual pink tint to her face, which gave her this look of innocence. Clover never liked how Scarlette felt like she had to wear makeup to be pretty when she was drop dead gorgeous without it. Scarlette's green eyes were now filled with excitment, and Clover sighed.
