Hermione's pov.

When I get to the office I see Sarah packing up the designs when she's supposed to be at home." Frank what the hell is Sarah doing here I gave her 4 weeks off" I yell " Mrs.malfoy you wanted everything packed so I called her in we were short staffed" Frank said " you have ten employees including you one less person isn't going to affect your work plus Sarah is doing all of the work" I yell " we have other designs to make " Frank said" those aren't to be started until after the show so were is the rest of your team" I yell" working " Frank says" no they aren't Frank said and I quote' you can pack all the designs by your self since you decided to skip work when I told him I don't work today he said you work when I say so and that I had fifty minutes to get it all packed I just got here 60 minutes ago and I have been doing all of this by myself while Frank just sat in his office doing nothing" Sarah says" Frank you are fiered I want you to finish packing these boxes with Sarah then Sarah I want you to go home and you have another week off I am sorry you had to come in " I say " it's ok I already yelled at Frank because he forced me to come in and do all this by myself and said my pay was going to everyone else since they showed up" Sarah says " no Sarah you are getting paid for all your work and a little extra" I say helping out once everything was packed Sarah left and I made Frank help take the boxes to the car " you are to be out of the office by end of day today and I will be deducting the extra money and Sarah's pay for the day out of your last pay check " I say as I get into the car and drive back to the airport I asked someone to help me load the plane with the boxes then got on and told the pilot we could go." How did it go" Bella asks" the team manager called in a new mom that was on merturnity leave to pack up all the designs had the others go home and just sat in his office and told her she wasn't getting paid for the work she did so my next line will be behind schedule because she is the next in line for the manger position and I had to give her another week off to prevent a lawsuit and I just fiered the current one" I say " yikes is that why it was a little longer than expected" uncle Charlie be asked "yes the team didn't pack anything and Sarah got there 60 minutes before me and had to pack all of the boxes alone until I got there and forced Frank the team manager to help and I helped I don't get it each of my design team's have 11 to 12  people working and all the designs were finished but apparently 10 people weren't enough to pack 400 designs and ship it to France on time when I know it can be done because my  other teams get it done." I say " so wait how much time do they have to make and ship the designs"Edward asks " close to a year I do two fashion shows a year and that consists of 2,000 designs being made and those being split into 4 teams and the team is to start making the next designs the day after the fashion show so I shouldn't have had to come to pick up all of the designs because they had plenty of time to get it finished and Sarah only gave birth two days ago. The other design team had there's shipped out early." I say " you said you have 4 design teams " Bella says" the other design team does the fall and winter lines this is the spring and summer summer lines " I say " oh that makes sense " aunt Renee says " ya know I just got to get all of these to my shipping team to ship them to all the stores which if I want them to get there at the same time they only have until tomorrow night to pack and ship all the designs to the stores which means paying them over time. " I say " have you had a problem like this before" Edward asks" I had to pay the shippers over time once before but that was because my fashion show got pushed up a day  but I never had to pay them over time because a team didn't want to do the work given to them because one person was missing. I would get being behind schedule because they only had 4 people but they had 10 people to do the work and none of them even started packing after I gave Frank two hours to get them all done instead Frank called Sarah in and made her pack everything  by her self while the others went home  and Frank just sat in his office doing nothing" I say " you handled it pretty well if you asked me but why do you ship them out three days before the fashion show" Bella asks" my costumers like that my designs are in store about a week after the fashion show so I ship them out to the stores to give the mangers and staff time to restock the designs and move the designs that are three years old to a different store it's still owned by me and still my designs they are just 50 percent off the original price my clothes are expensive" I say" I love the second store idea because if you didn't do that I would have never been able to wear any of your designs " aunt Renee says " did you see Tanya's post on Twitter she and Tiffany bought a dress of my design and cut it up so it was to there likeing alot of my costumers saw it and I wasn't able to sell that dress anymore all because of two sluts buying the dress two sizes two small and cutting it. " I say" they seriously did that" Bella asks" yes and then wrote that the design was to sluty for there likeing and that they hate me designs here I print the post out and brought it with me to show grandma and grandpa and the original design they cost me lots of money because of that post and it took ten celebertis to say my designs are modest yet a little sexy at the same time to get the business I lost back" I say" well your designs are modest and sexy at the same time and also appropriate to wear to work" aunt Renee says" thanks I don't get the people that has to have tight dresses that have a really low neck line and the dress has to end right under there butt's " I say " me neither but couldn't they use the fact they had no idea of you owning the designs" Bella says " oh they can try but my picture is behind every check out counter of every store and under it says the mind behind every thing in the store. My picture is also on the website so no matter what they would have known who's design it was I don't hide I do interviews and show's Malfoy is just never mentioned and no one knows I am married to Draco they know I am married and that the M stand's for my husband's last name but other than that I go by Hermione Granger for interviews and stuff." I say " I know you don't hide what you do Esme is addicted to watching talk show's and you seem to be on alot of them you don't just design clothes do you" Edward asks" nope I am fanticy writer and as well as a charity performer. I am pretty well known and it's kinda hard to miss it unless you live under a rock" I say " your grandparents couldn't stop smiling when we visited we were watching the news and you were on it we only cought the beginning of it because Tanya turned the TV off" aunt Renee says " that's to bad that means you missed the part where I talked about my grandparents and favorite aunt and uncle and my parents helping me have enough confidence to work hard and become someone that helps others in different ways" I say " I think it's on YouTube " uncle Charlie says  and with that the rest of the flight was quite.
