The Beginning of it all...Chapter 2

Alan's POV

I started to trust Chris in what he said... apart him being Marshmello. Yes it would be amazing for my idol to be one of my friends but it just doesn't seem believable. I need proof off him somehow... but how would I get that? I didn't pay attention to my first class at all... this is not like me. I looked at his hazel eyes and almost got lost in them. UGH! Pull yourself together Alan! You don't want him finding out that you're gay! If we become better friends, I can come out to him but not now! I need to trust him more...way more! We only just met. While I was thinking this he nudged me and asked if I would like to sit with him at lunch. I told him yes and we started to talk again.

"So, why do you like the colour black so much?" Chris asked.

"I don't really know...it just doesn't stand out like other colours and I don't like being the centre of the crowd."

"That's understandable!" he said in a sympathetic tone, "I am the opposite as I love the colour white as it stands out!" Wow! He must be a person who loves the attention! He must be one of the popular ones then huh.

Mello's POV

So, he doesn't like getting attention then... I think I can change for him, but it will be hard. I want to be really good friends with him, but I don't feel like he would want to be friends with me. He did accept though to sit with me at lunch so that's a start!

//Time Skip to lunch//

Alan was just about to leave and I pulled him back so he didn't die.

"Why did you do that?!" he said angrily. He is so cute when he is angry!

"I don't want you dying on the first day of school. So that's the first tip... never leave class straight away! Always leave a bit later so you are not tramples on!" I need to keep him by my side at all times! I don't want him to get hurt! I then took him to my usual place I sit and started to talk to him more. We talked for a long time before he asked me this question.

"Just wondering, but are you gay?" Oh God! He was onto me! I don't know yet though. But I think I am as whenever he talks a shiver runs down my spine. I haven't ever had this feeling in my life and it might be love... UGH! Why is life so hard! I replied with an honest answer.

"Errm... I don't know yet but if you are I won't mind and I will respect you for your choices." He smiled, moved closer to me and leaned on me. He was so cute! I ruffed his hair and he let out a hum in approval.

He then sat up and apologised. "Why did you apologise? You did nothing wrong." He then smiled at me and I smiled back! He then lent on me again and snuggled his face under my arm! I think I'm in love!
