Everyone immediately stopped what they were doing and followed the student to the courtyard, where the other after school students were there. Everyone was either shaking in fear or crying, including my Senpai.

All the staff members were there as well as the student council. They didn't look phased at all. We soon heard sirens and the headmaster along with three policemen came in.

"We are here to investigate a murder here," one of them said. "No one is allowed to leave until we are finished and we are required to question all of you."

Another police guard came out with a machine that looked like it could detected fingerprints. He then started searching around the school, looking for any evidence that could lead to the killer. I know everything is going to be fine since I cleaned up after myself. And Amai's fingers are on that knife.

He started calling out names and lead kids to classrooms to interrogate them. Students started gathering around, worrying, and discussing what just had happened.

"First Osana, now this?"

"Two more?"

"Is the killer among us right now?"

"Is school even damn safe now?"

My name was next. Kokona gave me a smile and I gave her a fake one back. I got up from where I was sitting and followed the police officer to an abandoned classroom, where a makeshift interrogation room was set up. He motioned me to sit down and opened a notepad.

"I want you to state your name and grade if you could please miss."

"Ayano Aishi and I-"I quickly got interrupted.

"Ayano Aishi!" Shouted the senior police officer.

The police officer looked back at him and raised his eyebrows. "Sir?"

"Come here for second Officer Haru," he said signaling him to follow him outside. I smirked and sat back in my chair as I listen to their conversation.

"Don't you recognize that name at all?"

"Sir, I'm not understanding what you're stating?"

"Remember that trail in the 80s when that journalist blamed an innocent schoolgirl for a murder at this exact high school."

"Yea..."

"Well because of that case, it ruined the reputation of our department and this girl is the daughter of the exact same victim."

"Woah really?!"

"Yes, let's just avoid investigating her since she already seems like she has no involvement in this case whatsoever. Her record is clean as a whistle anyway."

"But sir, wouldn't that seem unfair."

"We can't have another incident similar like the last happened again. "We will be ruined."

"Got it sir..."

They both walked back in and I sat up straight in the chair. The senior officer took a seat in front of him while the other stood behind him.

"Listen young lady, don't worry we don't think you have thingy to do this with whatsoever."

Hehe...That's what they think.

He continues. "We just want to know if you have seen anything that seemed odd around here or some student that seems kind of suspicious. Have you?

I shook my head. "No I haven't sir. And being honest I really hope you find the person who did this and fast. My friends and I are getting terrified."

He nodded. "I understand and my team and I will do our best to stop this before it turns into something worst."

I'm so good at lying, am I?

He said a few more things and then let me leave the room for the next student to come in. Around 45 minutes later, the interrogations we're over. They said they were going to continue the investigation and search the school, allowing us to go home. Any more news about this will be announced on Monday when we get back.

I did my daily routine of following Senpai. He looked really upset. Maybe I should buy him a gift and drop it off at his house sometime this weekend. I heard him talking about this book series he really liked to Osana one time. But I don't think I have a lot of money left in my savings.

After making sure Senpai got home safely I headed home. I took a quick shower then ate some leftover miso soup from yesterday's dinners. I did some homework and then headed up to my room. I got on my computer and searched for this novel which costed quite much.

Yikes.

The money my mom left me was already running low and sooner or later I'm going to need more supplies to eliminate my rivals. I think it's time to look for a job. I got up and changed into a blue shirt and black shorts. I grabbed my purse and shoes, slipping them on once I got to the door. I left the house and locked the doors, heading to Buraza Town.
